    Sales Agents

    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively present, promote and sell the organization's value proposition and products to existing and prospective customers
    • Cross-sell and upsell to customers
    • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) to customers
    • Conduct on-ground research of prices and competition
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments i.e. procurement, Community Leader
    • Consistently achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
    • Provide excellent customer service on a consistent basis
    • Provide customer feedback on an ongoing basis to the rest of the team
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with a focus on Sales and Marketing, Operations Management, or any business-related field
    • 2 years of experience working in Sales and Marketing in a busy environment. Previous experience at a tech startup is a plus
    • Proven sales operations experience
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Active listening, and great communication and presentation skills

    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

    Qualifications

    • Proven 3 years' experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    • Sales Experience from cleaning or security service industry highly preferred
    • Degree in sales and marketing, business administration or any other related course
    • Proficiency in English
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends the company's global reach
    • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • Five years minimum in a similar role. Experience from cleaning and security industries highly preferred.
    • Successful previous experience leading and managing teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
