    Sales & Marketing (Construction)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Promote and sell a wide range of construction materials, including cement, steel, and other hardware products.
    • Market commercial mall facilities and services in close coordination with the internal marketing team.
    • Identify new business opportunities and proactively maintain professional relationships with existing clients.
    • Commit to achieving and exceeding assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Conduct regular site visits, facilitate client meetings, and deliver professional product presentations.
    • Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate pricing effectively, and manage the process to successfully close deals.
    • Coordinate with transport and accounts teams to ensure timely product deliveries and payment processing.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and generate detailed reports using company systems, with SAP experience as an advantage. Monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
    • Ensure the timely collection of payments and manage outstanding customer accounts.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience: 3-4 years in construction materials (specifically steel, cement, or hardware; excludes tiles, paints, or sanitary ware).
    • Industry Focus: Deep knowledge and an established network within the steel and cement sectors.
    • Traits: Dynamic, high-energy, and proactive approach to field sales.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a significant bonus.
    • Languages: Full fluency in English and Kiswahili.
    • Core Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and lead pipeline tracking.

    Accounts & Admin Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare, process, and ensure timely filing and payment of all statutory deductions.
    • Manage the repair and maintenance of company assets, ensuring the office and equipment operate smoothly.
    • Provide general administrative and accounting support to the Finance and HR departments as needed.

    Requirements

    • Professional Qualification: CPA II is mandatory. (CPA-K is highly preferred).
    • Experience: A minimum of six (6) months of hands-on experience in a Finance or HR department.
    • Added Advantage: Any additional relevant qualifications or certifications. Compensation
    • Salary Range: Kshs. 40,000 - Kshs. 55,000 per month (Offer will be based on the candidate's specific qualifications and experience level).

    Gardener

    Responsibilities

    • Plant, grow, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns
    • Water plants and monitor soil conditions
    • Prune trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health
    • Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely
    • Mow lawns, edge walkways, and remove weeds
    • Maintain gardening tools and equipment
    • Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
    • Assist in landscape design and seasonal planting
    • Keep outdoor areas clean and visually appealing

    Requirements

    • Basic knowledge of plants, soils, and gardening techniques
    • Ability to use gardening tools (e.g., lawn mowers, shears)
    • Physical stamina (lifting, bending, working outdoors)
    • Attention to detail
    • Time management skills
    • Ability to work independently or in a team
    • Experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred)

    Kitchen Steward

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using standard industrial dishwashers or by hand, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and food preparation areas by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, equipment, and other surfaces.
    • Properly dispose of food waste, recycling materials, and other refuse while ensuring trash bins are emptied regularly.
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies and materials and informing management when stock levels are low.
    • Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances, reporting any malfunctions to the kitchen manager or chef.
    • Support cooking staff and other kitchen personnel with tasks such as cutting vegetables and gathering supplies to help facilitate meal preparation.
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling of food and cleaning chemicals.

    Requirements

    • Must possess a KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification.
    • A Certificate in hospitality management and food production is considered an added advantage.
    • Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
    • Must have a solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Proficient in the handling and operation of standard kitchen equipment.
    • Must provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
