    Delivery / Project Manager

    • You will lead end-to-end project delivery, optimize delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum hybrid), manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets, track performance metrics, and ensure client expectations are exceeded. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across all projects.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
    • 10+ years of project and program management experience, with 5+ years leading IT or AI delivery
    • Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise projects on time and within budget
    • Strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks and the ability to tailor approaches for different clients
    • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client

    Head of Talent Acquisition & Development

    • You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for highly competitive roles across machine learning, sales, and delivery, while building and sustaining a high-volume pipeline of 100–200 candidates per month across Kenya, India, and Eastern Europe. You’ll also shape the employer brand, standardize hiring practices globally, and lead talent development initiatives focused on upskilling, retention, and internal mobility.

    What we’re looking for:

    • This role will suit someone who brings both hands-on recruitment depth and strategic leadership experience, including:
    • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with a strong track record placing senior-level tech talent, including roles valued at $100K+
    • Proven experience recruiting globally, particularly across Kenya, India, and Eastern Europe
    • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
    • Ability to use recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, pipeline health) to drive smarter hiring decisions
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and regions
