    Technical Lead

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Agribusiness, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
    • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation, or business development will be an added advantage.
    • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in managing large-scale development projects, enterprise development programmes, value chain interventions, or entrepreneurship support initiatives.
    • Demonstrated experience in the technical and operational management of projects or programme components, including planning, implementation, coordination, supervision, and reporting.
    • Proven experience in the management of World Bank-funded projects/programmes or other donor-funded initiatives, with a good understanding of compliance, reporting, fiduciary, and results-based implementation requirements.

    • Strong analytical, coordination, report-writing, and computer application skills, including proficiency in standard office and project management tools.

    Project Operations Manager

    • The Project Operations Manager will provide technical support to the Authority in the implementation and management of Component 2 activities of the NYOTA Project and will be responsible to the Project Coordinator in providing support in the day-to-day activities of the Project.

    Project Administration Officer

    Duties and responsibilities entail: -

    • Developing and implementing accounting and administrative control procedures for all transactions executed only upon proper authorization.
    • Maintaining proper accounting and administrative records for all the project activities to ensure smooth and timely retrieval of records.
    • Consolidating and reporting on the financial status and performance of all the activities, monthly, quarterly, and annually as provided for in the approved operation manual.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Opening and supervising cleaning at the executive office
