    • Is registered as a physical planner under the Physical Planners Registration Act, 1996 and is in good standing with the relevant professional body
    • Be a corporate member of Kenya Institute of Planners or Architectural Association of Kenya (Town Planning Chapter) or Town and County Planners Association (TCPAK)
