Summary

Responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest Rooms, meeIng space, restaurant and common areas. Guest suite and public area entry-level preventaIve maintenance are included. The Chief Engineer also performs repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, landscaping and laundry equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, hotel property, restaurant and grounds.
• Responds to engineering and maintenance concerns.
• Performs and/or monitors maintenance and preventative maintenance Projects.
• Responds to all building-related safety concerns.
• Performs assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger.
• Accountability for the proactive and preventative maintenance of the hotel property within budget requirements and capital expenditure
• Effectively manages maintenance department employees in order that they may maximize their potential and effectiveness
• Setting and controlling the department budget.
• Maintains departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures.
• Supports hotel departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, Weekly and monthly checklists.
• Assists in the supervision of temporary maintenance associates.
• Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment for operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in hotel engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems
• Familiarity with local building codes, fire safety, and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving, budgeting, and team management skills
• Ability to work on-call for emergencies

Job Summary

Oversee the daily operaIons of the spa, ensuring excepIonal guest experiences, smooth staff coordinaIon, and adherence to hotel service standards. Acts as a key point of contact for guests and therapists during shiQs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa operations, including scheduling, treatment room readiness, and guest flow
• Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Monitor inventory of spa products and supplies, and coordinate reordering
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Assist with rostering, performance monitoring, and on-the-job coaching of staff
• Support achievement of spa revenue targets through upselling and retail sales
• Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation standards throughout the spa
• Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to the Spa Manager

Requirements

• Diploma/certification in spa therapy, cosmetology, or hospitality management
• 2–4 years’ experience in a spa environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
• Excellent guest service, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Summary

Create and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods for the hotel’s restaurants, banquets, and room service, upholding presentation and taste standards consistent with the hotel’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods
• Develop seasonal and special-occasion dessert menus in coordination with the Executive Chef
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all outlets
• Manage pastry section inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff and commis chefs
• Support banquet and event pastry requirements, including large-scale production
• Monitor food costs and portion control within budget guidelines
• Stay updated on pastry trends, techniques, and presentation styles

Requirements

• Culinary diploma/certification specializing in pastry & baking
• 3–5 years’ experience as a pastry chef, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining setting
• Strong skills in baking, chocolate work, plating, and dessert design
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
