    Content Creator

    Vacancy -Content Creator

    Our client, a high-end beauty salon in Nairobi, is looking for a Content Creator. The right candidate’s responsibility will be to execute digital marketing campaigns and optimize the company's social media platforms.

    Duties and responsibilities

    1. Develop brand awareness and online reputation
    2. Execute digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Social Media (Instagram, Facebook etc )
    3. Take photos and videos and post them on social media platforms
    4. Design posters, fliers and other marketing materials using tools like Canva, Indesign etc
    5. Manage the social media platforms and increase traffic and lead generation
    6. Manage the company's visibility across all social platforms
    7. 7. Coordinate content platforms such as websites, blogs, Instagram and Facebook
    8. 8. Create, manage and oversee all social media content
    9. Monitor the company's rank across platforms using analytical tools
    10. 10. Develop and implement relevant marketing campaigns
    11. 11. Respond to all inquiries across social platforms
    12. 12. Timely update the company website and socials
    13. 13. Implement strategies to grow the company's following across social platforms.

    Required Specifications

    • Diploma in Marketing or a related field
    • Great knowledge of digital marketing aspects like content creation, social media marketing, digital advertising etc
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google+ and other socials
    • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of work on social media
    • Able to create excellent written, audio and visual marketing content
    • Must be a great team player
    • Able to skillfully use creative tools such as Canva, video editor etc
    • Must be proactive, self-driven and diligent.

    We are looking for a Strategy Lead (full-time engagement). He/she will be mandated to run our flagship transformational entrepreneurship program and help entrepreneurs unlock the best fit strategy for their businesses.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Lead entrepreneurs towards developing organisational strategies using a customised strategy tool
    • Facilitate or lead training sessions
    • Conduct business coaching following training sessions
    • Assist clients design and build new business systems and processes
    • Manage relationships with key clients with a focus on strong and lasting relationships

    Person’s Specifications

    • Experience working with entrepreneurs is mandatory
    • A relevant degree from a recognised university
    • Superior training and business coaching skills
    • Team management skills and empowerment mindset
    • Project management skills with excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated leadership experience and multi-Sector knowledge
    • Competent in planning and administering projects and departmental budgets responsibly
    • Able to build, grow and sustain effective networks
    • Structured, logical thinker, proactive & independent worker
