​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the IT operation in the headquarters assigned
• Coordinate the activities corresponding to the IT operation at the assigned site.
• Manage the resolution of tickets that require different attention, and that come from escalations generated by FS analysts on site.
• Support the activities generated from Onboarding for the implementation of new accounts.
• Generate reports regarding site status and FS analyst performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Knowledge of Infrastructure VoIP
• 1 Year experience in coordinating FS Operations
• Training in Information and Computer studies

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Provide guidance on best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate and teach (subject matter expert) SME knowledge of TA strategy to search for a diverse pool of top industry talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• 1+ years of experience in team leadership or supervisory role.
• PEO or multi-site experience a plus.
