    Sales Development Representative (English C1)

    • Availability Requirement (Kenya – EAT)
    • Candidates must be available to work Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. business hours, within the following coverage window in Kenya time (EAT):
    • 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM (EAT)
    • Please note that employees will NOT work the entire time window.
    • Work shifts will be scheduled within this range, depending on operational needs and team coverage.

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is focused on re-engaging previously lost or inactive clients through high-volume outbound outreach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to re-engage former clients
    • Identify and qualify new opportunities from inactive accounts
    • Handle objections confidently and reposition service value
    • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
    • Collaborate with the sales team to pass qualified prospects
    • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and performance targets

    What Success Looks Like

    • Consistent achievement of daily call volume targets
    • Strong pipeline generation from reactivated clients
    • High conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunities
    • Professional, persuasive, and high-energy communication

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or similar roles (non-CSR)
    • Proven experience handling high call volumes (150+ daily minimum)
    • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
    • Experience working in performance-driven environments
    • Advanced English level (C1 or higher)
    • Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and metrics
    • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for United States–based positions. The Recruiter will actively source candidates using Hirefinder and other job boards while ensuring a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer acceptance
    • Source and engage candidates using Hirefinder and additional job boards
    • Post and promote job openings to maximize candidate reach
    • Review resumes, screen candidates, and evaluate qualifications
    • Coordinate and conduct initial candidate interviews
    • Partner closely with Team Leads and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
    • Track recruiting activity and performance through reports and metrics
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment platform
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a positive candidate experience
    • Meet or exceed monthly submission and hiring targets

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (US market preferred)
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
    • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience recruiting high-volume roles
    • Familiarity with ATS systems and job board management
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
