    Job Description

    The role is based in Narok County

    Main role: to start up a high functioning farm

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • 2 plus years’ experience in Agribusiness
    • Graduate level degree / diploma in agronomy
    • Experience using research based methodologies and setting up research based implementation plan

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Work with farm staff to design and supervise all research related activities on the farm
    • Increase farm productivity based on best practices
    • Improve stock and varieties and work with supply chain team to facilitate their procurement
    • Help set up a work back plan for entire system of success for yield procurement, planting, harvesting, and storage and potential distribution

    Food and Beverage Manager

    Job Description

    The job of the Food & Beverage Manager is to streamline and control all aspects of Food & Beverage operations at Bogani Camp.

    The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for all dining platforms, external dining and wait staff.

    Making sure food quality and Training is top notch.

    Stock ordering and keeping track of consumption as outlined in the SOPs is a key role of this position.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Previous experience of at least 5 years in the hotel industry;
    • 2 years in Food Service preferably at a Management level;
    • Fluency in Swahili and English, both verbal and written;
    • Able to use a computer proficiently.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Getting meal platforms set up in time for the meals and assessing quality of food and service;
    • Taking appropriate measures to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
    • Organize outgoing vehicles with snacks, picnics and drinks;
    • Arrange and organize outside dining experiences and catering;
    • Keep track of all meals eaten and beverages consumed;
    • Ordering camp stock at an appropriate level;
    • Keep track of breakages and loss;
    • Keep physical inventory tracked and updated monthly;
    • Liaise with guest facilitators;
    • Ensure dinning platforms run smoothly with all necessary items;

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Must have 3 years clinical experience
    • Must have trained on teaching /learning methodology

    Radiographer / Sonographer

    Job Description

    The radiographer’s main responsibility is to operate diagnostic equipment e.g. X-Ray, ultrasound and CT scan to examine patients for an illness or an accident.

    The Role will be base in the Mara.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Diploma in medical imaging from Kenya Medical Training College or any other recognized institution
    • 2 plus years’ experience in a busy center in ultra sound and X-ray department
    • Must be registered by the radiation protection Board
    • Must have a current and valid practicing licence
    • Highly experienced in radiographing covering a wide range of clinical examinations and applications
    • A degree of physical dexterity, co-ordination and sensory skills required for positioning of or handling patient

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate patients’ medical condition and history to determine most suitable radiographic technique for diagnosis
    • Interact with patients to offer them psychological support and address their concerns regarding an imaging procedure
    • Adjust diagnostic equipment to deliver accurate amount of radiation to patients
    • Perform diagnostic imaging examinations like x rays, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging
    • Produce x-ray films or radiographs of parts of the human body for use in diagnosing medical problems
    • Perform more complex imaging procedures when performing fluoroscopes, e.g. radiologic technologists
    • Prepare a solution for the patient to drink, allowing the radiologist to see soft tissues in the body.
    • Ensure radiation safety measures and protection devices are used and observed to comply with government regulations and to ensure safety of patients and staff
    • Ensure scheduled maintenance and minor emergency repairs on radiographic equipment are adhered to
    • Ensure accurate documentation and care of patients’ records
