    Job Summary

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products.
    • Prospect, engage and convert customers within designated partner locations.

    Team Leaders - Alternative Channel

    Summary

    • We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Team Leaders to join our Alternative Channels team. Successful candidates will provide leadership to Sales Officers seconded to our strategic business partners, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong partner relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise Sales Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Drive team performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner organizations to support business growth.
    • Provide leadership, motivation, and day-to-day guidance to Sales Officers.
    • Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
