    Administrative Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day office administrative and operational activities
    • Filing, organization, archiving, and retrieval of study documents and administrative records
    • Preparation, photocopying, printing, scanning, and distribution of study materials and documents
    • Scheduling of meetings, trainings, field activities, and appointments
    • Preparation of meeting materials, attendance lists, and meeting minutes
    • Maintenance of office records, inventory logs, and administrative trackers
    • Coordination of office supplies, stationery, and other administrative consumables

    Vacancy Requirements:

    • Must have graduated with Bachelor’s Degree training in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Procurement, Project Management, Office Administration, or related field    Mandatory

    Data Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in the accurate entry of study data into electronic databases and data capture system
    • Supporting verification of data completeness, consistency, and accuracy in study records and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
    • Assisting in routine data cleaning, validation checks, and identification of discrepancies
    • Supporting the tracking and resolution of missing or incomplete study data
    • Assisting in filing, organizing, archiving, and retrieval of study documents and records
    • Supporting the maintenance of participant records, data logs, trackers, and accountability forms

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree training in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Records, Statistics, Data Science related field    Mandatory

    Lab Intern

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in reception, labeling, processing, storage, and transport of biological specimens according to study protocols and SOPs
    • Support preparation of laboratory reagents, consumables, and materials required for daily laboratory activities
    • Assist in performing routine laboratory procedures, point-of-care diagnostic tests, centrifugation, liquating, and packaging of study specimens under supervision
    • Maintain accurate specimen logs, laboratory forms, study documentation, and support laboratory data entry and verification
    • Ensure proper labeling, identification, storage conditions, temperature monitoring, and cold chain management of study samples
    • Support cleaning, organization, maintenance, routine equipment checks, calibration, and inventory management of laboratory supplies and equipment
    • Ensure proper segregation, handling, and disposal of laboratory waste in compliance with biosafety guidelines
    • Adhere to GCLP, GCP, SOPs, study protocols, confidentiality standards, and participate in trainings, mentorship, and quality improvement activities
