Responsibilities

• Delivery of the quarterly Vertical targets in terms of TCV
• Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and Non-re- curring Revenue (NRR)
• Engage with clients across all levels to understand their business
• operational and strategic needs with a view to provide technology-based solutions out of our portfolio of products to support the fulfillment of these needs.
• Create, maintain, grow a healthy sales pipeline and subsequently converting the same to profitable sales adhering to set thresholds.

Qualifications, knowledge and Skills required: 

• Degree in Business Management, Engineering or IT or related field. 
• At least 5 years experience in sales/ business development / account management, preferably in ERP, Software and Infrastructure solutions.   
• Proven track record and display of experience in surpassing sales targets, customer retention, products cross selling and up selling.  
• Deep understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery. 
• Proficient in CRM tools. 
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills 
• Excellent people and relationship management skill, including demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Application development experience using any of the following technologies:
• Strong C# web devel- opment skills, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, .NET Core, ReactJs, Azure DevOps
• A good understanding of Cloud infrastructure & continuous integration tools
• Design, develop unit and integration tests
• Continually improve the codebase with clean and efficient code as well as solving problems using the most appropriate technology

Responsibilities

• Join our team as a DevOps Engineer and collaborate with experienced professionals across the business to develop and refine software solutions
• build and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines
• contribute in developing best practices for infrastructure as code (e.g: Puppet, Shell scripting)
• mentoring and coaching junior software developers in gaining experience and assuming DevOps responsibilities.
