    Filing & Data Team Assistant

    Industry: Banking

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Work closely with the DG’s and DDG’s Front office to identify documents that need to be scanned and archived electronically
    2. Carefully look through documents and shred the outdated ones
    3. Develop an effective storage and filing system for hard copies as will be determined
    4. Act as the focal point for RDGE electronic archiving.
    5. Organize books, magazines and any other print material in an orderly manner for easy identification in the library
    6. Organize the RDGE archiving room in a neat and orderly manner
    7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting library visitors.
    8. Coordinate and monitor all tasks related to the delivery of incoming books from HQ and ensuring proper arrangement.
    9. Undertake other ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    1. Minimum of a first degree in Arts, Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies or any related field.
    2. Computer Literacy
    3. At least 18 months experience
    4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    5. Ability to communicate effectively in English and proven ability to organize effectively and efficiently
    6. Ability to work independently and with limited guidance

    Monetization Manager

    Our client is seeking to recruit a Monetization manager to be implementing and executing monetization and marketing operations strategies and campaigns within the assigned country.

    Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

    1. Marketing strategy analysis
      1. Review day to day promotional activities and develop reports on the success of the promotion for the assigned country.
      2. Collect customer data on retention and engagement of the customers to ensure high life time value
      3. Develop reports on the marketing strategy, collating and identifying different metrics that can be used by the marketing department to identify number of customers reached and the marketing ROI
    2. Strategic Planning
      1. Develop value proposition for existing and new products, and translate it into business practices
      2. Generate new ideas for customer acquisition and retention initiatives based on learnings from internal, customer, and third-party research
      3. Develop business cases and implementation plans, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives
      4. Conduct market research necessary to support idea generation and business case development
      5. Work closely with user research teams to develop a deeper understanding of customers
      6. Evaluate product success and feed insights back into roadmap and plans
      7. Drive business results, and track and analyze key data to deliver actionable insight
    3. Communication
      1. Ensure key KPIs are reported up and monitored against strategy set for the assigned country
      2. Set-up regular communication and reporting to corporate head office and capture feedback on strategy implementation
      3. Attend country and Head office meetings to present progress and new opportunities to stakeholders
    4. Reporting & Data
      1. Support the development of performance reporting on all core performance marketing metrics related to support Monetization campaigns
      2. Record all datasets for measurement of marketing performance and reporting to cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership in marketing, sales, and product
    5. Human Capital Responsibilities
      1. Assist with the implementation of the performance management process by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and provide constructive feedback and provide inputs to senior management
      2. Provide mentorship for the purpose of developing a continuous talent pipeline for key roles
      3. Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the Human Capital department to ensure facilitation of training requirements
      4. Develop and implement on the job-training for the team
      5. Provide inputs for the development of annual manpower plan
      6. Ensure the implementation of company’s policies and relevant procedures

    Minimum Qualifications/education

    Digital Marketing Manager

    Our client is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for working closely with Head of Performance Marketing to set up, manage and optimize campaigns for assigned channel for our different countries.

    Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

    1. Digital Marketing
      1. Build strategy for the respective digital marketing channel across the markets
      2. Liaise with publishers to make sure we have the optimal account structure in place and follow best practice when it comes to ecommerce and local trends
      3. Manage the digital marketing budget for the assigned countries for the respective digital marketing channel
      4. Optimize the performance of campaigns on a daily basis to achieve the business KPIs
      5. Run campaigns with strict KPI optimization (conversion rate, revenue)
      6. Work closely with the creative team to give feedback and guidance on the performance on creatives
      7. Create the monthly and yearly strategy by country for the respective digital marketing channel
      8. Liaise with the assigned market and act as the point of contact for respective digital marketing channel
      9. Have weekly and monthly calls with the markets to share channel performance
      10. Work with markets to help them achieve the targets and business objectives
      11. Run and execute BLS surveys for markets on digital marketing channels
      12. Create and share detailed reports as per the needs of the market
      13. Train and update the markets on the latest trends on digital marketing channels
      14. Share best practice across the markets
    2. Channel and budget responsibilities
      1. Manage the budget in excess of Millions of USD and optimize the spends
      2. Manage and execute the campaigns on the respective digital marketing channel
      3. Manage the budget on the designated channel(s) efficiently
      4. Optimize the campaigns on daily basis based on the business KPIs
      5. Have a deep understanding of the respective digital marketing channel and its capabilities for performance using different formats and targeting options
      6. Align and own the targets of channel on KPIs like CAC, MCIR, revenue and orders
      7. Have weekly calls with publishers to improve the performance
    3. Human capital responsibilities
      1. Lead team of digital marketing analysts and develop their skills
      2. Hire new team members in the digital marketing team
      3. Guide the team members and do evaluations and reviews

    Minimum Qualifications/education

    · Bachelors/Masters in the field of marketing

    Minimum experience

    1. Around 3-4 years in ecommerce or other performance-based digital pure players
    2. Having managed performance-based social / search / display campaigns
    3. Clear demonstration of performance and business growth, i.e. results like incoming orders, GMV, new customers, CAC, CPO etc.

    Skills

    1. Search/display/paid social channel experience (depending on the channel to be managed)
    2. Web and App Analytics
    3. Reporting and data visualization tools
    4. ·English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
    5. ·Arabic (Professional efficiency – Advantage)
