What you will do:

• Visiting clients with overdue cases, persuading them to make payments and ensure payment compliance.
• Repossession of offline Bodas from clients who have failed to comply with the contractual payment schedule and where telephone follow up and demand letters deemed in effective.
• Handle debt recovery and asset repossession in a professional manner.
• Work closely with police officers and different government agencies on matters regarding Mogo financed asset to ensure safe custody of our asset.
• Be well informed and up to date on new measures and laws regarding bikes and their impact on our daily operations.
• Preparation of detailed investigation reports on missing bikes and give recommendations to internal credit analysts on risk analysis and approvals.
• Compile reports about incidents and give recommendations on how they can be avoided in the future.
• Be innovative on better ways of tracking and monitoring the assets.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly actual recovery reports and strategies.

What you will need:

• Minimum education requirement: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
• Previous experience in debt recovery will be an added advantage.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Must have a driving License including A2.
• Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

Role Overview:

• As the social media Officer, you aren't just a scheduler. You are a cultural navigator, a visual storyteller, and a market scout. Reporting directly to the Senior Content Strategist, you will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, ensuring our brand speaks the language of the streets and the boardrooms with equal ease. You will be responsible for spotting trends before they peak, ideating high-impact content, and capturing the energy of our on-ground activations across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

Social-First Ideation & Content Creation

• Trend Jacking: Monitor social conversations daily to identify emerging trends, memes, and cultural moments. Act fast to pivot these into brand-relevant content.
• Mobile Cinematography: Capture high-quality, off-the-fly photo and video content using mobile devices, especially during events or ad-hoc office moments.
• Copywriting Mastery: Write compelling captions with the ability to switch seamlessly between Fluent English, Swahili, Sheng, and Swanglish depending on the platform and audience.
• Creative Input: Participate in weekly creative sprints to brainstorm campaign angles that go beyond standard product posts.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Scanning

• Weekly "Vibe Check": Conduct regular audits of competitors in the asset finance and mobility space. Identify what is landing with their audience and where there are gaps for Mogo to fill.
• Feature Tracking: Stay updated on new platform tools (e.g., new Instagram sticker types, YouTube algorithm shifts) and propose how we can be "first to market" in using them locally.

 Asset Management & Production Support

•  Raw Library Ownership: Responsible for organizing and tagging all "raw" mobile footage and photos from events, ensuring the Design and Video Production teams have a searchable bank of B-roll.

Platform Management & Strategy

• Primary Ownership: Execute the daily strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
• · Secondary Support: Maintain a reactive and relevant presence on TikTok and X (Twitter).
• Social-First Thinking: Ensure every piece of content is optimized for the specific platform (e.g., Hooks for Reels vs. Community building on Facebook).

Performance, Reporting & Paid Media

• Insights to Action: Move beyond vanity metrics. Analyze weekly and monthly reports to explain why content performed the way it did and use those insights to inform the next week’s creative.
• Paid Media Literacy: Assist the performance team with basic knowledge of boosted posts to ensure organic wins are amplified effectively.

On-Ground & Event Coverage

•  Travel: Travel outside of Nairobi (flights and hotels provided) to cover regional activations and branch launches.
•  Live Coverage: Lead live coverage that makes followers feel like they are part of the event.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Digital Native: You live on social media and understand the nuances of Kenyan digital sub-cultures.
• Linguistic Versatility: Native-level command of Sheng and Swahili; professional-level English.
• Technical Skill: Proven ability to edit quick videos (CapCut/InShot) and take aesthetic mobile photos.

What you will do:

• The role is responsible for driving branch growth through the promotion, sales, and efficient processing of Car Financing and Logbook Loans. The position oversees daily branch sales operations to ensure strong lead generation, high conversion rates, and effective customer acquisition. A key responsibility is building and managing a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and retaining quality sales agents while guiding them in executing targeted sales activation plans. Overall, the position combines sales leadership, dealership relationship management, and operational oversight to maximize Car Financing and Logbook Loan sales performance, improve branch efficiency, and strengthen market presence.
• Overseeing the day-to-day Branch sales activities to improve efficiency and conversion of Car financing & Logbook loans.
• Recruit, train and retain quality sales agents
•  Guide the team on how to come up with clear well-targeted sales activation plan.
• Design and implement branch sales and marketing activation plans.
• Recruit, manage, motivate and maintain relationships with car dealerships.
• You will be responsible for fast and correct processing of client applications. (Underwriting rules applied correctly, fraudulent customer identified, statuses changed on time and all client information submitted on ERP systems).

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Education or other related fields.
• 2+ years in Microfinance Logbook loans and car financing management.
• Proven ability in Building and managing a high-performing sales agents’ teams.
• Ability to work with different teams and get things done together.
• Performance oriented mindset.

• Must be Fluent in English and Swahili.

What you will do:

• Collection of all logbooks for all loans issued from Dealers and distributors.
• Updating transfer status of all collected logbooks/ data sent from the dealers and distributors.
• Assisting in the collection and followup of the most urgent logbooks.
• Accepting/rejecting ownership of all transfers on Tims, handling complications associated with the process.
• Requesting for direct transfers of logboooks on need basis.
• Keeping records of all logbooks which ownership has been accepted and updating the same in our records.
• Handling Office tasks eg. filing, printing and keeping records.
• Preparing and sending data to distributors and dealers for those transfers that have not been successful for them to do follow up and resubmission.
• Visiting and holding meetings with dealers and distributors.
• Generating all required reports.
• Any other duty assigned.

• Atleast two years of relevant experience.
