    Sales Representative

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our retail team in Mombasa. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent in-store service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about achieving results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect and identify potential leads within the hospitality and convenience segment.
    • Drive sales by engaging with walk-in customers and promoting store products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular and new clients.
    • Identify sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
    • Ensure proper merchandising and product displays to attract buyers.
    • Monitor stock levels and liaise with management on replenishment needs.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.
    • Prepare accurate sales records and reports.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
    • Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
    • Must be currently residing in Mombasa.

    Human Resource Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in a fast- moving retail FMCG environment.
    • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business growth.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices, managing policies and procedures effectively.
    • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development programs.
    • Drive employee engagement, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive organizational culture.
    • Streamline HR processes, including payroll administration, benefits management, and disciplinary actions.
    • Provide strategic HR advisory to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
    • Oversee training and development programs to upskill employees and enhance productivity.
    • Support performance management processes, including KPIs, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
    • Drive employee engagement, resolve grievances, and promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Innovate and implement HR systems, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and support business operations.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • CHRP-K certification is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a fast-paced retail FMCG environment.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment.
    • Proficiency in HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
