    Delinquency Administrator

    • The Delinquency Administrator plays a key role in supporting the property management team by assisting with delinquency-related tasks and ensuring timely, accurate communication with residents.
    • This role will focus on generating and tracking delinquency notices, coordinating with residents on outstanding balances, and supporting the renewal and legal notice processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing administrative precision with professional resident interaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate and distribute past due rent notices in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
    • Assist with light resident communications regarding payment reminders, outstanding balances, and follow-up inquiries.
    • Prepare and populate delinquency and legal notices to support property managers and ensure timely delivery.
    • Participate in renewal generation efforts, including preparing renewal offers and assisting with tracking resident responses.
    • Maintain accurate records of delinquency activity and update internal tracking systems.
    • Collaborate with property teams to ensure alignment on delinquency strategies and resident communications.
    • Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or degree required.
    • Previous administrative or property management experience a plus, especially with delinquency or collections processes.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management software preferred.

    Legal Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to support an attorney representing business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives in business and commercial law matters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong administrative and legal background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to problemsolve effectively for high-level clients. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, take initiative, and ensure that processes and systems run seamlessly.

     Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and client-facing support to the attorney and clients.
    • Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
    • Handle calendar management, scheduling, and personal time management for the attorney. 
    • Oversee email management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. 
    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing day-to-day issues and delivering solutions.
    • Build, implement, and maintain efficient systems, processes, and controls to support business growth. 
    • Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence, documents, and reports.
    • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks by maintaining strong organizational oversight

    Requirements: 

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate business law, commercial transactions, or related legal fields.
    • Strong proficiency in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite. 
    • Exceptional written and spoken English; outstanding grammar and attention to detail. 
    • Proven ability to interface with high-level clients professionally. 
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and take initiative. 
    • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
    • Creative thinker who takes ownership of challenges and delivers results. Soft Skills: 
    • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
