    Impact & Data Analyst – Nairobi

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Manage and deliver impact data requirements for investors, the Board, and other stakeholders.
    • Oversee data quality control processes and implement continuous improvements.
    • Develop and integrate new impact data sources to strengthen reporting and insights.
    • Maintain and manage financial, impact, and operational data within the company’s AWS-based data warehouse, MySQL, and ReTool systems.
    • Expand and enhance data collection from internal digital sources to support comprehensive reporting.
    • Develop, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualisations for management, shareholders, and lenders.
    • Translate data requests into actionable analyses—from scoping and extraction to cleaning, validation, and presentation.
    • Proactively identify data quality issues and clearly communicate their impact to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support subsidiaries by devolving routine Power BI report preparation and providing skills transfer and coaching to local teams.
    • Document and standardise best practices for data collection, cleaning, and reporting to ensure long-term data consistency across all subsidiaries.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience of data management, quality control and collection.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage data projects end-to-end — from scoping requirements to designing analytical solutions and communicating results.
    • Strong critical thinking skills — able to question assumptions, validate data sources, and explain findings and limitations clearly.
    • Experience of working with databases, (My)SQL or related, Python and other programming languages.
    • Experience of working with data visualisation software such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to train/coach staff in subsidiary businesses.

    Chief Accountant –Naivasha

    • The role involves managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing payroll, and maintaining full compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial transactions.
    • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
    • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance.
    • Maintain and update financial policies and internal control procedures.
    • Prepare and submit statutory returns such as PAYE, VAT, NSSF, and NHIF.

    Senior Finance Manager (Horticulture) – Naivasha

    Key Requirements.

    • Financial Planning and Strategy: Lead the company’s financial planning process, including preparing budgets and forecasts, and building and maintaining financial models to enable strategic decision making.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports on performance and cash flow.
    • Operational Control: Monitor expenditures and analyze cost savings and efficiencies
    • Performance analysis: Avocado sales and harvest tracking, analysis and reporting.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and 10 years’ experience in finance Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA).
    • Highly computer literate, with expertise in Excel.
    • Extensive experience with ERP and accounting software systems.
    • Previous experience in agriculture and/or retail or distribution is an added advantage.
    • Self-confident, conscientious, and highly organized with excellent written and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks effectively.
