ROLE DESCRIPTION

• We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to be part of the design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional user experiences across all digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you need to have

• 4-5 years of experience ins of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Proficiency in:

• Creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement
• Developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conducting user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and business requirements
• Ensuring that designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for performance

Expertise in:

• Design tools - Specifically Figma.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design.
• Ability to create prototypes for user testing and validate design decisions through data and feedback

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a solution architect designing enterprise-grade architectures.of experience of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX/UI design projects across different channels and
  platforms.5+ years in relevant IT domains.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design.Expertise in cloud-native solutions or container technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding and application of agile principles.
• Strong IT Technical skills in Java and Java Script.
• AWS cloud architecture certification will be an added advantage
