    Solutions Architect

    Job Purpose

    • To provide architectural expertise and oversight to ensure that technology solutions across the bank are well-designed, secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The role is responsible for defining solution architectures, guiding technology choices, supporting project teams, and ensuring effective integration, performance, and compliance across applications, infrastructure, and digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities
    Solution Architecture and Design Governance

    • Develop and maintain solution architecture standards, guidelines, and reference models to ensure consistency and quality across all IT initiatives.
    • Review and validate solution designs from project teams to ensure alignment with business requirements, architectural principles, and future-state technology direction.
    • Produce system design documents, integration diagrams, data flows, and technical specifications to support new and existing solutions.

    Work Experience

    Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure

    Job Purpose

    • To provide strategic leadership and management of the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and resilience of technology platforms that support business operations. The role oversees data centers, networks, servers, storage, cloud environments, and end-user technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and global best practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    Infrastructure Strategy & Planning

    • To lead and manage the risk control and release management functions by ensuring that all technology changes, deployments, and releases are carried out in a controlled, secure, and compliant manner.     Job Purpose

    • To manage and provide IT support for the Core Banking (CB) liabilities product modules — including deposits, current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits.     Assistant Manager – Resiliency

    Job Purpose

    • This role is responsible for supporting the bank’s ability to anticipate, prepare, respond and recover from disruptive events, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations. The role holder will oversee the development, implementation and continuous improvement of operational resilience strategies.

    Key Responsibilities
    Resiliency and Business Continuity

    • Establish and maintain BCP policy and processes, keep up to date with regulations and guidelines specific to business continuity management, and recommend improvements and updates to policies, standards, and procedures.
