JOB SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for managing and supervising the performance of personal banking sales staff to achieve the sales targets for the products assigned. It also involves sales activity planning and implementation within assigned region/area, deployment of team, actual sales and performance reporting.

Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for acquiring new to bank credit card clients, cross selling to existing card clients and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation and regulations. The role holder will also play a pivotal role in driving the growth of credit card products within the Bank.

New to Bank Credit Card Client Acquisition
Cross Selling to Existing Clients
Customer Documentation and Compliance

The role holder will be responsible for developing and deploying the credit card product strategy. The role holder will own and drive the credit card sales business across the Bank network to maximize strong Portfolio Performance and Card Profitability.
