    Institutional Sales Representative

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing and servicing existing outlets/ institutions while seeking and developing new accounts with the aim of building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue in the institutions sector
    • Identify, plan and execute activation opportunities like promotions and tastings with customer in line with the territory sales
    • Conduct client visits for existing and potential institutions in order to achieve the set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth.
    • Develop and implement sales plan to expand customer base and increase customer retention
    • Resolve all customer queries and complaints in cooperation with the customer service team in an effective manner.
    • Ensuring payments are timely done and accounts well managed
    • Responsible for team internal reports

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree/diploma in sales and marketing or a related course
    • 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, 2 of which in dealing with institutions
    • Valid driving License

    Quality Officer

    Primary Responsibilities

    General Duties

    • Determining quality improvement factors.
    • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
    • Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
    • Assure customer of product stability through post-dispatch Quality Assurance.
    • Verification of packaging and loading as per the quality standards.
    • Preparation of samples for KEBs approval.
    • Maintaining Batch reconciliation records.
    • Testing and monitoring reversion of the products dispatched.
    • Generation and issuance of certificate of analysis for each dispatch.
    • Manage all quality related records for future reference

    Academic Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality assurance Mechanical Engineering.
    • Additional certificate in other Engineering course will be an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar role preferably quality in fabrication industry is an added advantage
    • Computer Knowledge is a requirement.

    Showroom Sales Manager

    General and Task Management

    • Business Development for the existing and recruiting new showroom customers.
    • Achieve the showrooms monthly and annual sales targets/budget.
    • Expand the overall current business with an eye on market share growth.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Sales forecasting and demand planning to guide production.
    • Brand development through participation in exhibitions.
    • Handling customer complaints and enquiries that have been escalated.
    • Managing the team in running daily operations of the showroom.
    • Submission of market feedback thorough weekly and monthly reviews.
    • Undertake frequent showroom benchmarking to understand what’s new in the market and advise management on the same.
    • Competitor analysis for our customers and prospective customers.
    • performance management and motivation of the showroom staff.
    • Take full leadership of the showroom department.
    • Develop and implement various walk-in customer retention plans to ensure that all clients are happy.
    • Work closely with specific account holders and Finance department to ensure customer payments are done as per agreed                     terms.
    • Implement all marketing activities in the showroom according to agreed budgets in order to sustain market leadership and                  secure healthy growth rates.
    • Supervise costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the showrooms.
    • Perform any other duties allocated by the showroom’s director People Management
    • Manage, coach and develop a high performing Show Room team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice            results, added value and continuous improvements.
    • Training showroom staff on effective sales and communication strategies.
    • Set department objective and KPIs for his team, communicate, review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
    • Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the                     team  understands the standards and behaviour expected of them.
    • Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
