    Revenue Assurance Manager


    • Provide supervision to analysts whilst performing revenue assurance cyclic tests, work with the business to design new revenue assurance controls
    • Define, extract, and analyze data to identify potential areas of revenue leakage. ensure processing to profit and loss account and customer accounts. 
    • Execute revenue assurance controls testing as per the annual the testing plan, ensure all revenue assurance trackers are maintained and up to date
    • Identify and report revenue leakage and make recommendations for remediation.
    • Continuously assess revenue assurance controls to ensure that the bank has effective controls and accurate reporting of revenue flows, allocated at customer-level, across all products / services and business units.
    • Primary support in cross functional initiatives to mitigate revenue leakage, through process improvement and / or system enhancement.
    • In collaboration with business and technology teams, lead Root Cause Analysis on identified Revenue Leakage, assign ownership, follow up to recover and fix.
    • Document the processes of revenue leakage identification, validation and root causing.
    • Report identified revenue leakage and controls gaps promptly using the RA reporting tools and dashboards within defined frequency.
    • Develop a revenue assurance data repository working with the BI and reporting teams to deliver a suite of data to be used for control automation and analytics.


    • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Professional qualification in SQL &/or database administration is an added advantage
    • At least five (5) years' work experience in banking or financial services sector, including specific experience in the following areas:
      • Data &/or financial analysis
      • Banking operations
      • Credit analysis or credit operations
      • People management

    Technology Performance Manager


    • Support the Group Technology Strategic Planning and Consolidation Processes; overall liaison of template dissemination, engagement meetings, collation and presentation.
    • Cascade of approved Technology plan and monthly reviews against plan.
    • Assist with input to prepare Performance and Strategy papers to respective governance bodies.
    • Provide management of the overall technology strategy execution, working in conjunction with responsible unit leaders and the subsidiaries.
    • Support goal setting and own accepting any revisions or changes to the goals or the plans that support achieving the goals.
    • Support strategic initiatives validation, sizing and tracking at unit and subsidiary level.
    • Provide support on an on-going basis, the performance management of work stream sponsors, leads and initiative owners on the successful execution of the technology strategy.


    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Business related field
    • Technology related Professional Qualification or Masters in Business Adminitration - will be an added advantage


    • Total minimum number of years of experience of atleast 5 years
    • Should have handled a role in Technology Strategy at a similar or higher level
    • A team player with cross functional experience in working with teams across the organization

    Relationship Manager - Oil & Gas

    Key Responsibilites

    • Implement oil and gas strategy in line with the overall Corporate banking strategy.
    • Deliver on Annual Business Growth Targets: Revenue, Fees and Commissions, Profit Before Tax, Assets, Liabilities and Customer Numbers.
    • Drive sustainable growth through understanding customer/prospects needs and delivering innovative and customized financial solutions to meet identified customer needs.
    • Execute sales growth tactics and targets in collaboration with business partners (e.g. Sectors, Product Management teams, Bancassurance, Capital and any other business partners).
    • Ensure strong cross- selling of existing and new products to existing and new clients.
    • Responsible for maintaining a healthy link between the Balance Sheet and Income Statement through managing the margins at which facilities are made available to clients in the portfolio.
    • Personally maintain and deepen client relationships at the appropriate level and foster long-term client interest.
    • Relationship Management of Key Sector Customers and Stakeholders.
    • Monitor daily referrals to ensure that client facilities are managed within the parameters set by the Bank 

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • A Bachelors’ degree in Business Management with a bias in Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Finance
    • Possession of MBA/ MSc. in a relevant field will be an added advantage 
    • Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, AKIB)  will be an added advantage  

    Desired work experience: 

    • Seven (7) years’ banking experience in the Financial/banking sector, five (5) of which should be in Relationship Management.
    • Credit and Financial Analysis 
    • Client Portfolio Management 
    • Experience in relationship management and service delivery
    • Previous management experience in a sales or operational role
    • Experience in customer service and value chain Finance products
    • General Branch Banking Operations
    • Experience in relationship management and service delivery
    • Proficient in Ms Office Suite – Ms Word, Power Point, Ms Excel

    Cybersecurity Architect, Product Security


    • Security Chapter Leads: Leading security (application security specialists and DevSecOps analysts) teams in business-driven tribes as per the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) organization.
    • Security Design: Develops and maintains comprehensive security architectures, strategies, policies, and standards that enables the Bank to build and implement secure solutions that address current and emerging security threats.
    • Process Design: Define a secure design process and methodology for business products and services.
    • Secure Design Analysis: Review business requirements, conceptual designs, and solution architectures to identify missing or additional security requirements to be factored in.
    • Threat modelling: Perform threat modelling to identify, quantify, and address security risks within the IT environment.
    • Research and Development: Research and monitor emerging business and cybersecurity trends and proactively identify emerging cybersecurity use cases and drive adoption opportunities. Stay informed about the security landscape, internal and external threats, regulatory requirements, policy changes and other sources to help in creating new and/or reviewing existing security standards, guidelines and polices within the Bank.
    • Security Testing: Assist security testing teams to develop test scripts for developed products that ensure envisioned security requirements have been met. Work with solutions delivery teams in identifying compensating control alternatives where such security requirements cannot be met.
    • Technology Integration: Ensure that proposed solutions and/or technologies can integrate with the existing security solutions.
    • Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with technology and business stakeholders in designated projects and initiatives as the security architecture subject matter expert.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business, IT leadership and other stakeholders on the current state of security architecture and the journey towards achieving the desired security posture.

    Academic & Professional

    • BSc. Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) RQ

    Professional Qualifications    

    • Information Security certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, Security+, GSE, GSEC, CRISC, SSCP

    At least one RQ

    • Certification in System / Network administration    AA
    • Information Security Testing and
    • DevSecOps certification such as CDP, CSSLP, CEH, OSCP, CPT, GPEN, GWAPT, eJPT, eWAPT, eMAPT

    At least one RQ

    • Certification in Enterprise Security Architecture, Information Security Management, or Information Security Standards such as SABSA, ISC2 ISSAP, ISC2 ISSEP , SANS GDSA, ISO27001 AA
