    SaaS Administrator

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Reporting to the Head Enterprise Applications, the role will role provides ongoing support for new applications as required. Login credentials and license administration and management. Review and assessment of applications to meet user’s needs.

    WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

    • Engage, influence and collaborate to achieve consistent business alignment with IT, ensuring all SaaS applications are properly supported.
    • Oversee activity pertaining to the administration of application licenses.
    • Consolidate and manage centrally the list of all applications with each respective business owners.
    • Build workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding to automatically allocate/revoke the requisite applications and permissions.
    • Provide reports and information regarding SaaS allocation and usage.
    • Facilitate functional and technical support for application users.
    • Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SaaS applications.
    • Ensure the company's policies and standards are followed.
    • Maintains documentation for applications, processes, and procedures.
    • Evaluates the current SaaS portfolio to determine if a new application can replace several existing applications.
    • Assess risks of new applications and provide recommendations based on assessment.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Bachelor’s degree Information Technology or related field with SaaS administrator Cerificate is required.
    • At least 1 year in an environment administrating and working closely with SaaS applications.
    • Skilled in creating guides and manuals for users.
    • Some experience with APIs and integrating applications.
    • Detailed understanding of modern project management methodologies (SCRUM, Agile).
    • Demonstrated ability to develop implementation plans that achieve objectives.
    • Ability to present complex ideas clearly, manage the complexities of integrating new technologies. and to influence individuals across the business to achieve objectives.
    • Understands how emerging technologies and service providers can be utilized to improve existing systems and/or increase operational efficiency.
    • Ability to identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost reductions through new technology and/or the leveraging technology across the organization.
    • Intellectually curious and flexible, is comfortable with ambiguity, receptive to new ideas and open to change, when presented with best options.

    Tax Analyst

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Reporting to the Head of Tax Compliance, the Tax Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and management of tax compliance within the Foundation. The role entails analyzing tax data for preparation of tax reports. They are responsible for ensuring accurate taxation, ledger postings, reporting, and tax remittances for CIT, WHT and other statutory deductions (excluding payroll). The role will provide support to the Head of Tax Compliance with regard to other tax tasks.

    WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE

    • Prepare all financial information and provide required documents for review by the Head of Tax Compliance and Global Controller.
    • Analyze all accounting information and prepare required paperwork for posting.
    • Analyze all work papers to ensure accuracy and analyze all accounting and tax information and ensure compliance with all regulations.
    • Maintain all accounting and tax information.
    • Administer and ensure compliance to all monthly and annual activities.
    • Maintain and reconcile all tax general ledger accounts and evaluate all account balances and prepare all tax returns and schedule for same and perform regular audits on all tax returns.
    • Analyze all transactions and recommend alternatives to same and provide efficient response to all tax inquiries and provide required certificates for same.
    • Provide support on all tax related issues and perform research on various tax issues and prepares all comprehensive memos and maintain record of all transactions for the Foundations use.
    • Co-ordinate with accounting Teams on all accounting postings
    • Respond to all queries associate with tax submissions and ensure compliance to all extensions and payments.
    • Responsible for tax related controls.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • Business related bachelor’s degree and a Tax or accounting certification.
    • 4-8 years’ of experience in a similar role.
    • Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and processes.
    • Possess regional experience and experience interacting with revenue authorities within Africa.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
    • Ability to use advanced level of Microsoft Excel including macros etc
    • Experience handling accounting ERP.
    • Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity.
    • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.
    • Brings a customer-service attitude.
    • Proven track record of successful multitasking and self-starter.
    • Drives a culture of continuous improvement.
