Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, grievances or other issues that arise on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process across all functions.
- Overseeing and management of the end-to-end HR operational processes (Contract management, post probation, disciplinaries, medical insurance & Recruitment).
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Managing induction programs for new hires.
- Resolving any specific problems and tailoring initiatives as necessary.
- Determining and assessing the HR department’s team development needs.
- Ensuring HR audit on employees’ documentation is accurate at all times and well organized in the company’s google drive.
- Preparing and submitting monthly and quarterly HR reports.
- Managing HR budgets.
- Payroll and statutory management & compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related area required.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR with 5 years of supervisory experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Thorough understanding of HR processes.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have a practicing license and CHRP-K.
- Must be conversant with the Employment Act of Kenya.
- Great team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking specific audit assignments and preparing detailed audit observations and reports.
- Carry out audits and investigations.
- Assist in quarterly reviews of the accounting, internal controls and financial systems.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to the team leader.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Audit, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional audit certifications (ACCA/CPA/CIA) finalized or in advanced stage of certification process.
- Must have at least two years prior working experience in a reputable audit firm, with a bias towards auditing financial services clients.
- Up to date knowledge of and adherence to audit industry practices – such as the Institute of Internal Auditors guidelines, Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and the Code of Ethics.
- Good time management and research
- Exposure to various accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support in maintaining the data integrity and ongoing quality control of the company’s data warehouse and source data spanning operations in multiple countries.
- Support in maintaining the company’s dashboards used for day-to-day operations and decision making, including creating new data visualizations and analytical reports.
- Use advanced analytical techniques to create automated solutions to connect data sources, extract, transform and structure data to support continuous monitoring of operations, risk and compliance, customer success, finance, and digital product.

- Support with cross functional stakeholders to evaluate, recommend, and design new data solutions, analytical tools, and processes for improved data collection and aggregation

- Train company staff and personnel on how to use and interpret data presented within analytical platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred)
- 1-2 years of data analytics, data visualization and data manipulation experience
- 1+ years experience with financial products, product pricing, and portfolio analysis
- 1+ years experience working in the finance and banking sector.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Experience with Python and SQL scripting
- Some experience identifying and structuring metrics, visualizations, and research projects based on business needs, requirements, and goals.
- Some experience with data manipulation and data management best practices
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including experience with VBA
- Ability to work both independently and as part of large, cross functional teams where competing demands must be carefully prioritized and managed
- Some ability to present information and analysis in a credible, confident, and influential manner
