    Telesales Representative

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make Inbound/outbound sales calls to connect with potential and existing customers.
    • Promote and explain the range of products and services to generate sales.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
    • Utilize computer tools and software to record sales interactions, manage leads, and track progress.
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas.

    Arable Farm Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Running day to day farm operations – and getting it right first time.
    • Managing a multi-cultural team of 60 people.
    • Ensuring high standard of work, adhering to best practice and tight timelines.
    • Leading innovation, research and implementation of new technologies.
    • Finding ways to increase the regenerative agriculture practices.
    • Ensuring high levels of health and safety are maintained.
    • Assisting with a comprehensive trial programme operated by an associated third party.
    • Reporting and assisting with reports, including data collection and analysis where needed.


    • A BSc degree in Agriculture from a reputable University is required although we may consider closely complimentary academic qualifications for an exceptional candidate.
    • Significant experience of large-scale arable operations is essential.
    • Firsthand knowledge of and experience in operating large machinery and plant with modern software packages is important.
    • Open mind to new cultures, methods and experiences is expected.
    • The candidate must be practical, resourceful and technically proficient with an ability to keep machinery and farming operations moving in all conditions and in shifts where required.
    • Highly motivated and self-reliant, the candidate must be able to work alone and at times in isolation.
    • Open to new technologies and alternative farming practices.
    • Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Health and Safety, Fire Safety would be an advantage.

    Administration and Bookings Assistant


    • Oversee the efficient functioning of booking operations, including maintaining booking databases, confirming availabilities, and coordinating with guests and property owners.
    • Regularly update property information, rates, and facilities on the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance for potential guests.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to booking inquiries via email and telephone, providing detailed information and assistance to potential guests.
    • Generate and send invoices to guests and properties, tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances to ensure timely transactions.
    • Collaborate with the Reservations Team, Accountant, and Managing Director to support various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations across departments.
    • Facilitate guest experiences by arranging third-party services such as flights, transfers, and excursions, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
    • Collect and circulate guest feedback to relevant stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement in service delivery and guest satisfaction.


    • A degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and precision in administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail to ensure the smooth execution of bookings and financial transactions.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with colleagues, suppliers, guests, and property owners/managers.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working cohesively as part of a small and busy team to achieve common goals.
    • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with high-end travel and tourism in East Africa, including an understanding of the region’s attractions, accommodations, and customer preferences.
    • Basic knowledge of financial, sales, and marketing aspects of the travel and tourism business, including invoicing procedures, payment tracking, and financial reporting.
