    Operations & Business Development Assistant - Nairobi

    Role Objective

    • Our client is looking for a reliable, proactive, and self-motivated Operations & Business Development Assistant to coordinate projects, support daily operations, and ensure activities are executed smoothly and efficiently.
    • The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned tasks, solve operational challenges promptly, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily operations and manage multiple projects from start to end, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
    • Drive to project sites, vendor locations, and client meetings to monitor work progress, address logistical needs, and ensure smooth execution.

    • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to drive regularly for work-related activities.
    • Experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or vendor management will be an added advantage.

    Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality

    Role Objective

    • On behalf of our client, a fast-growing hotel, we are looking for a dynamic, commercially focused and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to spearhead business development and accelerate revenue growth.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the hotel\'s client portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, increasing market visibility, and driving business from the corporate, travel, meetings, conferences and events segments.

    Core Duties and Responsibilities

    Role Objective

    • The Key Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new event business opportunities and ensuring clients receive excellent service from the initial enquiry and event brief through to execution and post-event follow-up.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, organizations and event partners.
