    Front Office Executive (Spa)

    • Our client, a renowned spa based in Nairobi, is seeking to hire a Front Office Executive who will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a spa or hotel environment and will be responsible for managing client interactions, bookings, and promoting spa services. This role is key to driving revenue and ensuring smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Professionally and courteously handle all incoming calls and inquiries.
    • Make and manage client bookings, ensuring accuracy in the Spa booking system.
    • Confirm appointments and follow up on inquiries to convert them into bookings.
    • Ensure prompt communication of bookings, cancellations, and changes to the team.
    • Respond to emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media direct messages.
    • Organize and schedule client appointments using Spa software.
    • Attend to walk-in clients and assist them with selecting services or products.
    • Manage product sales, update stock levels, and handle billings.
    • Process client payments accurately and prepare daily payment reports.
    • Prepare daily sales reports and weekly/monthly client activity reports.
    • Collaborate with the team, assist in stock-taking, and ensure a smooth workflow.

    Required Specifications:

    • Ability to provide excellent client service with a welcoming demeanor.
    • Previous experience working with a hotel or spa booking system is essential.
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
    • Focus on converting inquiries into bookings and increasing sales.
    • Fluency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
    • A team player who is punctual, reliable, and flexible with work hours.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with data analysis is a plus.

    Client Success Executive/Hostess

    • Our client, a luxurious spa based in Nairobi, is looking for an energetic and service-oriented Client Success Executive/Hostess to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience from the moment clients arrive at the spa through to their departure. You will be the key liaison between clients, therapists, and the team, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Be the first point of contact, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued.
    • Guide clients to their waiting areas, offer refreshments, and accompany them to their scheduled service stations.
    • Handle inquiries  and manage client bookings and confirmations via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

    Required Specifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centers, preferably in a spa setting.

    Quality Control and Operations Manager

    • Our client based in Thika specializes in producing packaging materials. They seek to hire a Quality Control and Operations Manager. The individual is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all operational, safety, and quality control activities within the company. 

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supplier management—ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
    • Ensure storage areas meet required safety and hygienic safety standards 
    • Lead cost-effective and competitive procurement 
    • Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods
    • Ensure that finished goods are properly categorized and stacked 
    • Ensure that the finished goods store meets safety and hygiene standards
    • Coordinate with the sales team for the dispatch/collection of orders.
    • Ensure goods received notes and delivery notes are signed and uploaded
    • Ensure maintenance of the generator and office spaces.
    • Ensure regular maintenance and repair of equipments and warehouse
    • Ensure vehicles are serviced and insurance and log books are up to date.
    • Ensure insurance for staff and warehouse is up to date.
    • Ensure licenses and permits are all renewed and up to date
    • Ensure fire extinguishers are maintained and staff are trained in fire safety
    • Ensure pest and rodent control is implemented
    • Monitor CCTV cameras regularly and ensure the warehouse is secure 24/7
    • Ensure casual labor payments are made in coordination with Accountant
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other quality standards requirements
    • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive product safety and QMS
    • Monitor and audit factory cleaning, housekeeping, and hygiene standards
    • Resolve customer complaints and investigate serious incidents
    • In charge of site visits and audits and implementing corrective action.
    • Provide cross-functional leadership bridge between different departments 

    Required Specifications

    • Minimum of 5 years in quality control & safety management in manufacturing (preferably in packaging).
    • Undergraduate degree in logistics/supply chain/project management.
    • Experience in operations management in a manufacturing setting
    • In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and logistics.
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
