    Branch Manager – Logbook Financing

    This role is integral in driving business development, leading sales teams, and achieving regional sales targets in the Eastern Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit operations, leading loan officers and branch staff, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring high customer satisfaction at the branch level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all branch operations, including credit evaluations, preliminary loan approvals, administrative tasks, and client relationship management.
    • Lead and guide branch staff (Office Admins, Loan Officers, and Supervisors) on sales targets, performance improvement, and customer engagement while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and staff development with HR.
    • Analyze client applications and coordinate branch credit committee meetings, ensuring timely and compliant loan approvals in line with company policy.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, manage delinquent accounts (PAR), and take proactive measures to reduce default risk and maintain portfolio health.
    • Identify new loan market opportunities and lead outreach and marketing strategies to attract, retain, and expand the client base.
    • Track and share performance reports, enforce compliance with internal controls, and champion ethical lending practices across all branch activities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Specialist in Credit Analysis – Level 1 or Certified Management Professional are an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in SME lending, microfinance, or a related credit role, with proven team leadership.
    • Strong analytical, financial evaluation, and credit decision-making skills.
    • Proficiency in loan management systems and financial reporting tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.
    • Strong understanding of the lending landscape and regulatory requirements in Kenya.

    Delinquency Officer – Tele-Collections (Salary Advance Loans)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely recovery of salary advance loans by engaging clients through calls, SMS, and email to negotiate and follow up on repayment plans.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze delinquent client accounts to confirm default status, identify root causes, and recommend viable recovery strategies.
    • Engage clients professionally via phone, SMS, and email to negotiate repayment plans, collect outstanding balances, and provide guidance on managing debt obligations.
    • Monitor adherence to repayment agreements, escalate persistent defaulters appropriately, and collaborate with field collections, credit, and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
    • Maintain accurate records by updating the debt management system after each client interaction, and submit daily performance reports with key insights and trends.
    • Contribute to team development by supporting the onboarding and mentorship of new collections agents and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in tele-collections for salary advance or short-term loans.
    • Knowledge of debt collection systems, skip tracing basics, and relevant Kenyan legislation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and basic reporting tools.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism in high-volume call environments.

    Regional Sales Manager (Logbook Financing)

    This role is integral in driving business development, leading sales teams, and achieving regional sales targets in the Eastern Region. The selected candidate will oversee the implementation of effective sales strategies and coordinate staffing needs for the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets in the Logbook Financing (LBF) division, including reviewing and approving marketing route plans.
    • Lead, supervise, and mentor Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Associates to meet sales targets, while fostering a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and high performance.
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts to grow the regional client base and ensure sustained portfolio growth.
    • Conduct regular branch visits to monitor sales performance, compliance with credit and collection policies, and operational efficiency.
    • Implement ongoing training, mentorship, and performance review programs to continuously upskill the sales team and reduce loan rejection rates to below 10%.
    • Oversee the safekeeping and efficient use of regional assets, including equipment and inventory, in line with company guidelines and compliance standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in asset finance, microfinance, or a similar financial services environment.
    • Proven leadership experience in managing field sales teams and achieving KPIs.
    • In-depth knowledge of logbook financing or related credit products is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and decision-making.

    Invoicing Clerk

    The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, managing ERP entries, generating compliant ETR invoices, and liaising with stores and dispatch teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
    • Liaise with stores staff to confirm order status, product availability, and dispatch timelines before billing.
    • Generate ETR-compliant invoices using fiscal devices and apply correct HS codes as per requirements.
    • Maintain organized records of invoices, dispatch documents, and payment status for internal tracking and audit support.
    • Update and manage client billing information, SKUs, and price lists in the ERP.
    • Provide timely responses to invoice-related queries from internal teams or clients.
    • Support the finance department with any related administrative or compliance tasks as required.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Finance, or Administration).
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts support roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
    • Willingness to learn products and SKUs quickly and adapt to new systems.

    Key Responsibilities:
