    Job Description/Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical knowledge in the energy sector and related fields is highly desirable.
    • Proven problem-solving and organizational skills.

    Solar Technician (10 Positions)

    Job Summary

    Our client is seeking to recruit ten (10) qualified and experienced Solar Technicians to join their team. The position holders will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

    • Minimum Experience: Degree or Diploma in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience Level: Entry Level
    • Experience length: 3 year

    Job Description/Requirements

    Responsibilities

    • Install, test, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries.
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues in existing solar systems.
    • Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate reports on system performance and energy output.
    • Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and electrical codes.
    • Provide technical support to clients and offer training on system usage and maintenance.
    • Keep records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure successful project execution.

    Minimum Requirements & Responsibility

    • Degree or Diploma in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience in solar installations is mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and relevant safety standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
