    Horeca Sales Reps-Alcoholic Beverages

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • To meet monthly, quarterly, and annual retail revenue targets and grow sales month by month
    • Route plans and taking new orders
    • Ensure delivery is made
    • Working closely with existing distributors and attracting new ones
    • Development of action plans to penetrate New Markets- implement sales strategies to ensure penetration into new markets
    • Ensure products listing in HORECA- Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes and other Institutions
    • Follow up with clients for payment
    • Compiling and analyzing sales figures and give Sales reports to management and ensure that sales reports are updated daily – sales calls, prospects, orders, collections, etc.
    • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
    • To ensure after-sales service issues are managed in time and to the satisfaction of the customers

    Electrical/Electronics Engineer

      Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of injection molding machines, Blow molding machinery and equipment.
    • Have knowledge in handling various Extrusion Ejection Blow Molding Machines, processing machines
    • Maintaining electrical and electronic Circuit like PLC, improve the power factor stability, troubleshooting the electrical problems related to machines.
    • Have also knowledge in various hydraulic circuits and hydraulic valves.
    • Assembly of new extrusion blow molding machines
    • Prepare the monthly operating plans based on the established priorities, availability or capacity of workers, parts, materials, machines, and equipment
    • Ensure team has absolute clarity on the SOPs, Process Control norms and Safety
    • Monitor and track quality issues, analyze and take appropriate corrective actions
    • Ensure and give operators proper training on molding and about the hazards that can be occurred and supervise the operators about the work standards, standard operation procedures and quality parameters.
    • Handle various blow molding machinery

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering
    • Five years’ plus experience in a manufacturing company as an industrial Electrician/Electronics Engineer.
    • Knowledge of plastics or experience in a plastics company will be an added advantage
    • Must have knowledge of injection and blow machines

    Mechanical Technician

      Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace all components of Injection Molding machines, Blow Molding Machinery and equipment. This includes but is not limited to all electrical equipment, hydraulics, mechanical, piping, pumps, and pneumatics in the Molding Department.
    • Troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of Molds for both injection machines, and Blow machines
    • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of injection machines, equipment, accessories, and other facilities used in production department
    • Supervise activities in maintenance operation for production department
    • Plan works schedules for the maintenance technician and organize them accordingly
    • Carry out preventive maintenance to the machine and equipment
    • Ensure the availability of materials and spare parts
    • Maintains record of daily, monthly and yearly maintenance programs
    • Perform other project related to improve production operation

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician in a busy Plastics company

    Mold Technician (Plastics)

     Duties & Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of Molds for both injection machines, and Blow machines
    • Operate, calibrate, and maintain machinery, as well as inspect finished products to ensure quality work
    • Set up and start up injection molding machines
    • Document mold changes and machine adjustments
    • Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production
    • Inspect items to ensure a consistent level of quality
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area
    • Ensure Quality of Finished Goods as per Expected Quality Norms by coordination with Quality staffs
    • Ensure that all section activities are going as per agreed system and good coordination with other departments
    • Preventive maintenance/breakdown maintenance/Mold maintenance
    • Mold change over as par the Production Plan
    • Pass ideas and suggestions to line manager and need Pro activeness in the cost saving Projects in the Plastic section.
    • Responsible for on job training to new operators
    • Responsible for efficient usage of materials and controls on Recycle of Plastic Materials.
    • Responsible for section safety and hygiene.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Plastics/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical with 3-5 years of experience as a Mold Technician in a busy Plastics company

    Duties & Responsibilities                                                                                                  

    • Maintaining human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
    • Processing payroll and ensuring all statutory deductions are remitted on time.
    • Maintaining human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

    Camp Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the general operations of the camp
    • Ensuring that the facility is in an operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
    • Ensuring the general revenue growth of the ho through new business in the accommodation and events sections
    • Conducting regular operations team meeting with the entire HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.

     Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field Minimum or culinary schooling
    • 5years management experience at a full-service hotel
    • Must be computer literate
    • Extensive knowledge and experience in Food and Beverage service.
    • Highly conversant with camp management
    • Knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting and management of costs
    • Be conversant with advanced principles of food and beverage management, revenue management and cost control:
    • People Management skills
    • Good verbal and written skills
    • Familiarity with hospitality software systems.
    • Financial management skills
