    Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultant

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the supply chain master scheduler to understand their goals and requirements.
    • Design and implement MPS and MRP processes and reports on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system.

    Senior Project Manager, Westlands, Nairobi

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Synchronizing all project-related reports from start, including planning, resource management, project execution, tracking, and maintenance to a formalized project closure.
    • Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost-schedule integration

    Marketing Project Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities:  

    • Work closely with Global Marketing Director to design a project management system and way of working across the department from product management to field marketing.  
    • Align all marketing activity plans across departments and geographies and kickstart projects to deliver all of BURN’s marketing activities on time and in full.  
    • Collaborate with the Product Management and NPED (New Product Development) teams to ensure marketing deliverables surrounding new product development projects are delivered on time and in full. 
    • Collaborate with front-line field marketing managers to develop marketing activity projects ensuring the right amount of time, and resources (including budgets) are allocated to the project to ensure success.  
    • Ensure regular and accurate reporting on all Marketing projects (and or deliverables).  
    • Provide training and support on the use of project management software and resources within the company and be the single point of contact for the marketing team on all things Project Management related.  

    Qualifications:

    Head of Policy

    Duties and Responsibilities:      

    • Establish Key priority markets and map a comprehensive landscape in those markets
    • Engage with the relevant stakeholders in the cookstove business to develop industry policy, legislation, guidelines, and codes of practice.
    • To identify events where BURN can play a leading role and where the company’s visibility would be increased as a market leader
    • To work closely with the Legal and Compliance Department to ensure awareness of new regulations and spearhead engagement with various regulators

    Key Accounts and Business Development Manager

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • P&L Responsibility: Maintain a yearly business plan that includes budgeting, P&L, and sales operations programs for improving the profitability of the company.
    • New Business Development: Identify and develop new partnerships that align with BURN’s company strategy. Present and pitch to external parties. When required, represent BURN at conferences and events in Kenya and abroad.
    • Strategic Projects/Initiatives: Assist the Commercial team in the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategic projects and initiatives across several geographical markets.
    • Collaboration: Act as a go-between with BURN’s senior management, commercial, carbon, and special project/grants teams.
    • Key Account Management:
    • Information Gathering: Gather critical market information on the clean cooking sector, carbon offsetting market, BURN’s distribution partners, competitor activity, aid and development industries, and other key areas of the sector.
    • Pitch Material Design & Development: Work with BURN’s marketing team, design and develop effective project and partnership proposals, such as company and product overviews, product comparisons, and distribution proposals. Own these materials, track them and update accordingly. These materials will effectively help the company secure multi-million-dollar partnerships and projects.
    • Reporting/Forecasting: Produce regular analytical reports and ad-hoc research papers on key partnerships, business development updates, and market landscape, as well as monthly forecasting and reporting for distribution activities

    Skills and Experience

    • 5 years of Senior-level sales experience
    • University Degree in Business Management, Development Studies, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven B2B sales, route-to-market, supply chain, and new business development experience
    • Ability to produce and present professional strategy, reports, accurate forecasts, and channel sales plans.
