    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our Wholesale Hardware team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retail hardware outlets in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hardware industry and possess excellent communication and sales skills.

    Tally Accountant- Hardware

    Roles and Responsibilities.

    • Recording and maintaining the accounting transactions.
    • Maintain and reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
    • Raising of invoices and following up on payments
    • File statutory returns on timely manner as per the norms of KRA (VAT, Withholding tax, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, Housing Levy)
    • Petty cash management
    • Research and reconcile discrepancies
    • payroll management
    • Auditing and verifying documents
    • Debtors and creditors reconciliation
    • Budget management
    • Preparation of P&L, monthly and weekly debtors and creditors reports
    • Any other duty as maybe assigned from time to time.

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree/Diploma  in a business-related field,Accounting 
    • Should Have 3 years of experience (covering roles stipulated above)
    • Must be proficient with Tally ERP system
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Ability to interpret financial information
    • Great written and oral communication skills

    IT & Graphic Designer- Real Estate

    Job Objective:

    Reporting to the Head Sales & Marketing, the graphic designer will develop creative design art work for print, digital to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

    He/ She will design graphics to meet specific needs, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials. The designer will work closely with the necessary stakeholders to ensure that all designs are done within the set deadlines.

    He/ She will also provide day to day technical support for all IT related Issues, Troubleshooting, hardware and software maintenance.

    Roles & Responsibilities.

    • Develop creative design art work for print, digital, social platforms and all round for the Group based on the creative brief.
    • Contribute unique creative ideas for all communications activities to effectively engage our different target audiences.
    • Actively research on the latest trends to ensure top creativity in executing the design jobs.
    • Assisting with monitoring branding guidelines and ensure proper use across all mediums.
    • Social media listening, research and engagement to create visual content that is current and real-time.
    • Supporting all marketing initiatives to ensure that images, messages and final visuals appropriately contribute to brand identity.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across all the organization
    • Create compelling and effective logos and designs for both print and digital media.
    • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
    • Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
    • Ensure timely delivery of all prints from the suppliers and certify on the quality.

    Key Performance Measures

    • Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
    • Design and produce 15 high-quality graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, and advertising campaigns on a weekly basis.
    • Work with printing vendors to ensure the production of high-quality final deliverables.
    • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
    • Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

    Minimum Qualifications.

    • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
    • Proven track record in a similar role.
    • At least 2 years of working experience in IT & Graphic Designing
    • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
