    Deputy Director, Manuscript Services: KNEC Grade 3 (1 Post)

    Job Specifications

    • Managing the process of receiving, documenting, storing, and retrieving examination/assessment manuscripts;
    • Preparing departmental work plan, procurement plan, and budget;
    • Appraising the performance of Assistant Director, Manuscripts Services Officers, Principal Manuscripts Services Officers, Senior Officers, and Manuscripts Services Officers;
    • Implementing Quality Management System for continual improvement;

    Assistant Director, Examination Administration: KNEC Grade 4 (2 Posts)

    Job Specifications

    • In Examinations Management 
    • Preparing registration circulars on examination activities and calendar of examination activities within the section;
    • Supervising the registration of candidates; 
    • Enforcing entry requirements for various courses as per the regulations; 
    • Resolving examination related queries; 
    • Preparing draft programs schedules for processing of examination /assessment;
