    Medical Specialist I (Family Physician-Internal Medicine)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: 
    • Undertaking general diagnosis, care, treatment and rehabilitation of patients;

    Director Information and Communication Technology

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Reporting to Chief Officer ICT and E- Governance, the Officer will be responsible for:
    -

    • Development and management of IT policies and programmes within the County public service
    • Lead the delivery of high-quality ICT services across the county and sub-county offices to provide optimal levels of support for the county’s key operational requirements
    • Identify and define specific ICT business requirements in collaboration with Chief officer ICT, Cos and CECs across the County and third-party stakeholders to develop tailored ICT solutions for effective and efficient service delivery

    Animal Health Officer III

    Duties and Responsibilities
    This will be the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a more experienced officer. 'Duties and responsibilities will entail:-

    • participating in animal health field demonstrations and agricultural shows;
    • participating in sample collection and dispatch;
    • inspecting livestock stock routes collecting data and writing technical reports;

    Legal Clerk Assistant I

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee drafting and filing of legal documents in registries
    • Coordinate the filing of service of legal documents in courts of law;
    • Undertake routine errands to public registries, courts and other relevant offices:

    Program Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Organize and oversee effective and efficient implementation of HIV Testing and Services (HTS) and 
    • PrEP services in all relevant service delivery points and supported health facilities.
    • To provide training, mentorship, and supervision of HTS and PrEP providers at the selected facilities
    • Oversee establishment of efficient patient workflow, eligibility testing amongst children, adolescents,

    • facilities such as proficiency testing (PT), observed practice and HIV Rapid Testing Continuous 
    • Quality Improvement (RTCQI)
    • Support counselling supervision sessions for HTS providers as recommended by MoH
    • Support scale up and implementation of HIV testing as recommended and guided
    • Support optimum implementation of recommended service delivery digital/ electronic platforms e.g., e-HTS
    • Institutionalize continuous quality improvement systems for HIV testing services and PrEP towards 
    • improvement of performance in low performance indicators/ services and quality.

    • At least three (3) years’ experience in providing and/or overseeing HIV Testing services and/ or 
    • PrEP or other HIV services at facility and County/Sub-County Level

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Institutionalize continuous quality improvement systems for HIV care and treatment and TB/HIV 
    • towards improvement of performance in low performance indicators/ services and quality.
    • Support accurate documentation, data collection, collation, review, and accurate reporting on a daily, 
    • weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as may be guided or required.

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Support and strengthen health systems that identify and manage pregnant or breastfeeding women failing treatment
    • Support optimum implementation of recommended service delivery digital/ electronic platforms
    • Support health facilities and other service delivery point’s implement effective retention strategies 
    • including proactive appointment management system and enhanced defaulter management system for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
    • Evaluate outcomes of PMTCT and SGBV related activities and shares recommendations for program improvement
    • Timely preparation and submission of activity budgets, work plans, reports, and other technical papers
