    Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the  business segment. The primary goal is to maximize occupancy, revenue, and   partnerships, ensuring long-term relationships and high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key accounts.

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue from   clients across all properties. 
    • Identify and target potential markets, including multinationals, local businesses, and key industries. 
    • Set and achieve sales targets, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with the hotel’s overall revenue goals. 

    Account Management

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business. 
    • Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements with clients in collaboration with the Revenue Management department. 
    • Proactively address any client issues or concerns to maintain strong client partnerships. 

    Business Development:

    • Identify new business opportunities and proactively approach potential clients. 
    • Work closely with the hotel’s team to develop packages, offers, and presentations that appeal to   clients. 
    • Attend networking events, industry forums, and trade shows to build relationships and generate new leads. 

    Reporting and Analysis

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
    • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and market insights for the DOSM and hotel management. 
    • Provide strategic recommendations for improving sales strategies to meet and exceed business objectives. 

    Collaboration with Marketing

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and presentations specifically for clients. 
    • Assist in planning and executing events and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement with accounts. 

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field. 
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry. 
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. 
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and priorities effectively. 
    • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required

    Night Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and security.

    • Manage and supervise all overnight hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
    • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
    • Monitor and maintain guest accounts, performing end-of-day financial reconciliations

    • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office suite
    • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Thorough understanding of hotel security procedures and emergency protocols
    • Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing priorities

    Executive Housekeeper

    Job Description

    • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to Hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
    • Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists to maintain the hotel's pristine condition.
