    Sales Representative – Courier Services

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities.
    • Prospect new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc.
    • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads.
    • Maintain an up-to-date technical understanding of products, solutions, and business value propositions.
    • Present, promote and sell the client’s products/services through various digital (email, telephone, etc.) marketing strategies to existing and prospective customers.
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and develop status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
    • Continually improve through feedback.

     Key Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Sales or its equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a service sales representative.
    • Highly motivated, and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Collaborative, coachable, confident, and hardworking.
    • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

    Accounts Receivable

    Key Responsibilities

    • Quick and proper allocation of customer receipts into customer accounts maintaining a clean aging statement by customer.
    • Timely posting of customer claims for allowances & discounts and ensuring customers utilize them.
    • Reconciliation of the customer accounts. 
    • The debtors aging analysis report is reviewed weekly and monthly.
    • Follow up on nearing due and past due invoices as per credit policy through email and phone calls.
    • Update weekly cheque collections tracker and ensure all cheques are diligently banked when due.
    • Facilitate collections from overdue accounts. 
    • Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
    • Onboarding of new customers ensuring that all KYC and due diligence is performed.
    • Customer visits.
    • Debt collection; performing follow-ups.
    • Assist in stock take and ensure reconciliation is signed off.

    Requirements

    • Minimum CPA 2
    • 2 years of experience in Accounts receivable in a Manufacturing or Dairy setup is a must. 
    • Experience using Excels 
    • Understanding of Accounting Principles & Standards.
    • Planning and Organizing Skills.
    • Effective Decision Making.
    • Teamwork and strong communication skills.

    Hotel Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze data, anticipate challenges, and proactively implement strategies for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
    • Implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
    • Handling unexpected challenges to ensure smooth hotel operations.
    • Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are implemented and maintained in the food service areas.
    • Actively collaborating with the sales and marketing department to identify revenue growth opportunities and execute promotional strategies.
    • Working closely with the kitchen department to ensure seamless coordination, monitor food quality, and promptly address any issues to maintain high service standards

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Hotel Manager in the hospitality industry,
    • Strong Knowledge of the Bar and Entertainment Industry
    • Should have a solid understanding of financial management principles
    • Should have experience in hiring, training, and supervising employees
    • Should have skills in performance management
    • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
