    Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

    • Our client is a real estate developer who takes pride in being the pioneer of the open-plan gated community concept in East Africa, seeking to hire a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive who will be primarily responsible for the sale of houses and plots under the organizations projects, both current and upcoming.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales of all real estate units and plots under the company.
    • Identify and cultivate appropriate prospective clients, and follow up on new business opportunities, with the end goal of selling real estate units and plots.
    • Source for new real estate clients through activations, meetings, referrals, site visits, cold-calling and all forms of sales prospecting.
    • Follow up and sale of real estate to all client leads that are provided to the Sales team from the Marketing team.
    • Ensure that all Sales Leads and discussions are tracked and recorded in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System for the organization.
    • Meet allocated sales targets by proactively engaging in sales activities, with all performance measured against sales targets.
    • Manage the sales process, all the way from identification of a client, towards closing and signing of Sale Agreements.
    • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining up to date information regarding new initiatives, prices, deal of the month, and new products.
    • Accompany clients during visits and inspections of the property.
    • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships by providing an efficient, reliable, friendly and courteous service to all customers.

    Requirements

    • Degree/ Diploma in a related field.
    • Min 3 years proven experience as a Sales Executive in Real Estate sales.
    • Track record with sourcing leads, converting leads to sales, engaging clients, and maintaining client relationships.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
    • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
    • Ability to understand real estate market dynamics and convince buyers of the product you are selling.
    • Honesty and integrity when carrying out all tasks.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Good analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.

    Facilities Management Assistant – Real Estate - Vipingo

    • Our client is seeking to hire a Facilities Management Assistant who will be responsible for majorly coordinating the management of service providers responsible for security, garbage collection, street lighting, lawns and gardening, general cleanliness, and other matters touching on the residents.

    Responsibilities

    • Database Management – develop and maintain a comprehensive electronic database of all residents.
    • Receipts and Payments – service charge collection from residents and making payments to suppliers.
    • Debt collection – invoice and write demand letters to residents once the service charge and utility bill payments fall due.
    • Budget and Financial Accounting – prepare annual budgets and monthly financial and management accounts. Analyze the financial statements to ensure accuracy and a clear audit trail.
    • Coordination and Office Administration – supervise contracted service providers especially those charged with the responsibilities of security, lawn and gardening service, and garbage collection.
    • Management of Committee Affairs – preparing Resident meeting agenda, taking minutes, preparing a quarterly bulletin to residents, and ensuring effective follow-up and implementation of all resolutions.
    • Rules and Regulations – enforcing the rules and regulations of the estate as laid in the Deed of Covenant of the estate
    • Any other duties as may be assigned to enhance the smooth running of estate affairs

    Qualification

    • Relevant degree/diploma in Business Administration, Finance, sales marketing, Commerce, or any other real estate-related field.
    • Must have over 3 years’ experience working within the property/real estate environment with at least 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
    • Hands-on experience in operations, finance, and sales including basic bookkeeping skills.
    • Should be an enthusiastic team player who is detail-oriented and action-focused.

    Front Office and Accounts Assistant

    • Our client is an Engineering company based in Nairobi and they are looking to hire a Front Office & Accounts Assistant to assist with accounting and administration duties in the company.

    Responsibilities.

    • Raising proforma invoices, and invoices upon request by the client based on satisfactory verification of the required supporting documents.
    • Confirming customer deposits, cash, or transfer funds with the bank.
    • Submission of reports as requested by the supervisors.
    • Corresponding to clients’ requests, follow-ups, or queries.
    • Maintaining and updating relevant departmental documents such as invoices, receipts, gate passes, etc.
    • Raising credit notes upon approval by management.
    • Handling telephone calls, appointments, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner while also being very perceptive and disciplined.

    Accounts Assistant -Kiambu /Kisumu

    •  The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for supporting various accounting and financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be proficient in relevant software.

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation and submission of detailed daily sales and purchases reports to the company Accountant.
    • Preparation & maintenance of bank & Mpesa till remittances and reconciliation thereof to sales reports daily.
    • Reconciliation of fuel consumption to truck activities.
    • Continuous management of trading stocks and consumables. Thus, maintenance of stock bin cards, physical arrangement and weekly stock take and reconciliations thereof.
    • Maintenance of petty cash imprest and records thereof. Preparation of all payment requisitions.
    • Posting of accounting information into the accounting ERP system Maintenance and reconciliation of debtors and creditors listing.
    • Maintenance of daily staff attendance log-in reports for monthly payroll and productivity analysis.
    • Monthly analysis of business performances for management decision-making processes. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field of study.
    • CPA finalist.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting

    • They are looking to hire a Line IT Channel Sales-Memory who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners or distributors and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and develop channel partners, including resellers and end users;
    • Push channel sales for local market to create product awareness and populate it in the market.
    • Work with distributors to reach and develop new resellers through competitive prices and promotions.
