    Retail Merchandiser

    As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

    • Observe call cycle by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
    • Document data or Input data on Hand Held Terminals (HHT) with integrity and observing data hygiene.
    • Maintains customer relationships by visiting store, (modern trade outlets) & General Trade outlets and answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
    • Ensuring that the set sales targets are achieved.
    • Daily collection sales orders from the outlets.
    • Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or outdated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
    • Observe and Maintain perfect store through maintaining inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting supervisors to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return for damaged products.
    • Observe layout and themes according to the plan.
    • Maintain Minimum number of stores required.
    • Customer/Client satisfaction
    • Maintaining shelf health and administration

    What are we looking for?

    To qualify for this role, you should have:

    • 0 - 1 year experience merchandising in retail outlets
    • O level Certificate/ KCSE Certificate
    • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Time management skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Interpersonal skills

    Data Analyst

    As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

    • Execution of Operations Plan
    • Maintain Operations Master data
    • HHT Management
    • Improve operational efficiency
    • Resolve employee issues related to the day-to-day business operations
    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

    What are we looking for?

    To qualify for this role, you should:

    • Hold a completed Degree/ Diploma in operations management or sales & Marketing or statistics
    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis and operations management
    • Attention to detail and strong planning skills
    • Demonstrable presentation skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
    • Ability to prioritise and manage time well
    • Exceptional ability to communicate and report data findings
    • Basic understanding of sales function and backend operations – understanding IT reports and provide actionable input to the business head, to provide solution(s) to the operational issues raised by the field team

    Desired competencies for this role include:

    • Above average MS suite knowledge (especially PowerPoint)
