    Storekeeper

    Key Responsibilities:
    Inventory Management:

    • Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of incoming goods, including checking for discrepancies.
    • Record and update stock levels in the inventory management system.
    • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary tprevent shortages.
    • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    Stock Organization:

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom.
    • Label and store items in their designated locations according testablished procedures.
    • Rotate stock tensure that older inventory is used or sold first (FIF- First In, First Out method).
    • Ensure that hazardous materials are stored safely and in compliance with regulations.

    Issuance and Replenishment:

    • Issue materials, tools, and supplies temployees and customers as needed.
    • Ensure that all issued items are properly recorded and documented.
    • Replenish shelves and display areas in the store as required.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
    • Prepare reports on inventory status, including stock levels, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
    • Coordinate with the purchasing department tprovide feedback on stock levels and ordering needs.

    Coordination and Communication:

    • Collaborate with the sales team tfulfill customer orders promptly.
    • Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules, order discrepancies, and returns.
    • Provide support tother departments during peak times or special projects.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
    • Ensure that the stockroom is free from safety hazards and that equipment is in good working condition.
    • Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws regarding inventory management.

    Qualifications:

    • At least a diploma in procurement.
    • Previous experience as a storekeeper, stock clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory software.
    • Attention tdetail and accuracy in record-keeping.

    Sales Executive Tracking industry

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tracking solutions.
    • Conduct tele-sales activities to drive sales and meet targets.
    • Promote and sell the company’s tracking services to businesses involved in cargo transportation and logistics.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the service or tracking industry.
    • Demonstrated experience in tele-sales and cargo tracking.
    • Strong knowledge of the tracking industry and related products/services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
