    Copy Writer

    Job Description

    • The main role of the Copy Writer will be to produce campaign, copy and content ideas and messages that effectively communicate on selected touchpoints and align to client business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meeting with clients to understand their message, brand voice and target audience
    • Work with the team to develop campaign ideas for assigned clients
    • Work with strategy team to develop pitch documents and concept notes
    • Writing clear and error-free copy for different touch points in the right brand voice
    • Develop monthly content plans for assigned clients
    • Proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved
    • Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
    • Collaborating with the creative and strategy departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials
    • Working with clients to edit and modify copy to meet their content expectations

    Skill & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication or marketing
    • Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
    • Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns
    • Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
    • Proficiency with common office software
    • Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
    • At least 2-3 years of experience
    • Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team

    Job Description

    • The main role of the Client Service is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders by initiating and maintaining favorable relationships with client.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand key services offered by the company
    • Understand the company’s portfolio of client and what they offer
    • Understand companies work flows and delivery protocols for the services offered
    • Negotiate timelines, manage client expectations and delivery processes for assigned projects
    • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade services.

    Assistant Showroom Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise all daily operations at the show room
    • Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for the showroom and issue timely management and statistical reports.
    • Supervise cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.
    • Plan and implement store merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
    • Supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Supervise costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the showrooms.
    • Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
    • Supervise all stock movement activities: in/out, transfer, sales etc
    • Ensure adequate showroom stock in a way to eliminate stock shortage and perform stock replenishment in an efficient manner and in due time.
    • Ensure the showroom is neat and tidy to attract clients and encourage them to patronise the business
    • Coordinate sales reps in carrying out their daily tasks and set clear targets and KPIs for them
    • Assist in budgeting and arranging of merchandise
    • Provide training and support to sales reps who are falling short in terms of meeting up with targets/KPIs
    • Assist the showroom manager to create and maintain a strong visual appearance of the showroom by effectively executing merchandise plans and strategies
    • Coordinate all aspects of customer complaints, compensation and home damage/s to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
    • Manage showroom inventory and ordering of materials
    • Effectively carry out special projects as assigned by the show room manager
    • Ensure sales reps’ compliance to company policies and procedures

    Skill & Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in a retail industry or Furniture
    • A Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Related Course
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • A Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent networking and prospecting skills
    • Market intelligence on the industry and willing to aggressively sell furniture
