KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with other Technology staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Implement and adhere to regular systems maintenance policies and procedures, including change request mechanisms and update schedules to ensure optimum uptime and service availability.
•  Support end-to-end financial reporting processes using Oracle ERPs and related systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle cloud fusion, Hyperion, OIC)
• Support and maintain ETL and Datawarehouse objects at a large scale
• Identify and address system vulnerabilities, manage technical debt, and ensure timely server patching and remediation in accordance with bank policies and security standards.
• Maintain and optimize reporting configurations, report definitions, and data mappings within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, and processes.
• Ensure compliance of SLAs on data and system availability with other Technology system users.
• Attend to adhoc user requests, ECRM and ITSM calls.

Academic and Professional qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science, Data Science, Information technology, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional Qualifications - SQL/PLSQL/Cloud certifications / System Administration/Data Management or relevant certifications.

Job Description

• Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using UiPath or Power Platform to improve business efficiency.
• Leverage Java or Python to create custom scripts, integrations and components when building custom and complex enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine automation requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
• Design and develop high quality solutions that are scalable, secure, and stable across the enterprise solutions.
• Design, develop unit test plans and perform unit and scenario testing for application code bases and interfaces.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides, to support knowledge sharing and governance.
• Follow best practices in automation governance, security, compliance, and change management to maintain a stable and secure RPA environment.
• Provide support and enhancements for deployed solutions, ensuring they adapt to changing business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Education     Bachelor’s Degree    Bachelor of Computer Science, or any other IT Related Degree   RQ
• Professional Qualifications  ITIL,
• High level programming languages Java,C#,VBA,Python, RPA certifications 
• UiPath, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere DE
• Master’s Degree    Any MSc or MBA    AA
