    Technology Alliance Business Development Lead

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Proven experience creating and deploying successful onboarding plans within sales organizations.
    • Must have experience with high-touch, enterprise sales cycles.

    Manager - Major Projects

    Purpose of the Position

    This individual will be part of the management team leading our Major Projects Advisory (MPA) services practice in the delivery of highquality services to top tier public and private sector clients by bringing his/her advisory expertise to the team. He/she will be responsible for assisting with delivery of major real estate, capital and/or infrastructure projects, including those for government, private sector and development partners. Infrastructure sub-sectors include transport, water, power and utilities, cities, construction, real estate and social infrastructure.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • The individual will assist the leadership team in day-to-day engagement management on specific projects and will:
      • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior associates and associate team members.
      • Develop and present client materials including status reports, project reports, and presentations.
      • Monitor budgets, schedules, work quality, scope, and client deliverables.
      • Contribute to hands-on delivery of projects and programs which may include programme design and development; benefits and quality management; stakeholder management; portfolio management; programme and project planning including milestone management; and risk and issue management.

    Insights, Data & AI Lead

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    This role seeks an experienced individual with a strong track record in consulting and a deep understanding of data, analytics, and AI to help our clients harness the power of data and artificial intelligence. This role will be based in the Nairobi regional office, primarily serving clients in East Africa, and as the need arises, the larger Africa region.

    Strategy:

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    The main purpose of the role is to expand and build on KPMG’s local capability to deliver end-to-end Microsoft D365 implementations and to support sales teams to secure new opportunities. This role will be based in the Nairobi regional office, primarily serving clients in East Africa, and as the need arises, the larger Africa region.

    Engagements Management:

    • Support business development and sales initiatives with Microsoft D365 technical solutioning needs.
    • Provide support on the technical delivery (documentation, configuration, and solution architecture) of Microsoft D365 implementations.
    • Provide technical knowledge, leadership, direction, and training to the engagement team to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget.
    • Build and promote strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing digital initiatives to serve their needs.
    • Provide and facilitate the involvement of subject matter experts for the key components of the strategy during the formulation stage.

    Academic/Professional qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related degree from a recognized University.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing and leading Microsoft ERP/CRM projects.
    • Technical Microsoft D365 technical and architecture certifications (functional consultant will be an added advantage).
    • Solid finance background will be a good advantage.
    • D365 implementation experience including the following modules and areas:
      • General Ledger
      • Accounts Receivable
      • Accounts Payable
      • Cash and Bank Management
      • Budgeting
      • Project Management and Accounting
      • Fixed Assets
      • Financial Reports
    • Demonstrable experience of at least three end-to-end implementations.
    • Financial Consolidation and elimination experience.
    • Experience with electronic banking file needs.
    • In-depth knowledge in financial workflow or journal approval.
    • Techno-functional experience will be an added advantage.
    • Team/engagement management skills.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of corporate governance and the regulatory environment.
    • Demonstrated track record of quality work, project management, and productive team interactions.
    • Willingness to travel moderately.
