    Marketing & Liaison Officer (Kisii/Eldoret)

    Overall Responsibility: The successful candidate will be responsible for creating awareness on the Organization’s portfolio and developing strategic relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and map corporate and non-corporate target customers
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key corporates and government agencies
    • Manage stakeholder engagements to increase customer base.
    • Reporting on return on investments of activities planned and key performance metrics
    • Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars, and conferences to increase product promotion and referrals.
    • Prepare cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable engagements.
    • Conducting marketing surveys on current and new products.
    • Organize CMEs for the promotion of the activities and services of the medical departments and specialties.
    • Track leads mediated through the outreach programs to tap new corporate tie-ups and conversion of referrals.
    • Champion customer care programs and initiatives to enhance retention.
    • Champion digital marketing by identifying new digital marketing trends and ensuring that the brand is in conformity with the industry developments.
    • Participate in designing and monitoring the marketing merchandise.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, communication, or any other relevant field.
    • Minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing with a well visible track record.
    • Marketing experience in the Healthcare industry will be an added advantage
    • Self-motivated, passionate about marketing, and able to work independently.
    • Proven ability in content creation and proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc

    Accountant (Kisii)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, review and implement financial policies that include among others financial.
    • Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Validate, update and file statutory returns and ensure tax compliance on all statutory obligations; including management of the facility’s payroll.
    • Evaluate financial operations to recommend best practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, to help the Hospital run efficiently
    • Offer guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
    • In charge of the proper keeping of books of accounts and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
    • Monitor and follow up on revenue collection and reconciliation of stocks and sales.
    • Keep track of the facility’s expenditure to ensure that the expenditure budget is within its confines.
    • Maintain an accurate register of all the company assets at all times;
    • Continuously carry out business risk assessments and offer technical advice to the management
    • Record all financial transactions into the accounting systems.
    • Carry out all financial reconciliations as required.
    • Manage supplier and debtor accounts.
    • Handle petty cash administration.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Job Requirements

    • A Business related course with a major in Finance or Accounting
    • CPA-II
    • Good excel and reporting skills
    • At least two years of working experience; previous stints in similar environments will be an added advantage.
    • Possess strong analytical skills

    Community Health Workers (Kisii/Homabay)

    Overall Responsibility: 

    The successful candidate shall have an overall responsibility of reaching out to communities, facilities and clients to promote health programs on primary health and navigating the clients who require curative services to hospitals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collection of health-related data at the household level for analysis
    • Identification of common ailments and minor injuries at the community level and refer as appropriate
    • Identification and referral of health cases from the community
    • Visiting homes and primary care facilities to sensitize the community on health interventions
    • Take a central role in the organization of community outreach programs including medical campaigns to sensitize communities
    • Identification of defaulters of health interventions and referring them as appropriate.
    • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Community Health, Health Promotion & Education, or any other related field.
    • Must be able to speak the native languages of the cited locations.
    • Should be proactive with an ability to work without any supervision.

    Call Center Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound and outbound calls
    • Obtain client information by answering telephone calls.
    • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics on the phone.
    • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information.

    Head Chef

    Overall Responsibility: The successful candidate will take charge of the kitchen operations including; production, supervision, and stock management as a hands-on team member.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the efficient and smooth running of the kitchen while promoting and maintaining good working relationships throughout the production team;
    • Collaborate with the Nutritionist to devise and plan menus for all clients taking into account the varied requirements of the hospital and individuals, including special diets;
    • Work closely with the procurement officer to ensure proper costing and streamlined usage of all the kitchen consumables.
    • Set out clear procedures in handling all the kitchen operations and frequently train the production team to ensure compliance.
    • Manage the production and planning of meals in accordance with agreed procedures.
    • Take action to minimize wastage at all stages of food production by implementing controls, keeping records, and making reports as required.
    • Ensure that details of all orders are recorded according to the set procedures while ensuring that orders are placed on time and are smart enough to meet the needs of the business.
    • Ensure that stock movement is keenly monitored to avoid stock outs and expiries.
    • Instill into the kitchen a culture of essential hygiene practices connected with storage, the importance of clean, tidy sanitized, and hygienic working practices; ensuring that every kitchen staff has a food handlers certificate
    • Undertake a mentoring and coaching role to support the development of all members of the production team.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in food production from a reputable institution or its equivalent.
    • KCSE mean grade of C- and above
    • Possess basic computer literacy.
    • Be a good communicator both verbally and in writing
    • At least two years of working experience preferably in a hospital setting.

    Theatre Manager

    Overall Responsibility: 

    Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the successful candidate will manage all the clinical and administrative duties in the Operating Theatre.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervising theatre staff and their work; including training, mentoring, managing performance and ensuring coverage.
    • Participate in formulating operating theatre processes and procedures, budgets, and guiding investments into theatre services
    • Ensure safe, efficient and effective perioperative services are provided to patients.
    • Ensure efficient scheduling and reduction in turn around time.
    • Address all issues regarding patient care to ensure all patients / relatives and doctors are satisfied.
    • Stewardship of theatre equipment, instruments, and infrastructure, maintaining an inventory, proper usage, storage and ensuring preventing maintenance
    • Ensure infection control and prevention measures are adhered to and prevention of surgical site infections.
    • Build strong relationships with theatre users, including surgeons and anaesthetists.
    • Maintain accurate records and registers, including billings, incidents, patient notes and surgical cases
    • Take part in surgical procedures.
    • Maintenance of a professional, cost-effective theatre service including financial management and business planning.
    • Any other duty as may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc Nursing/KRCHN
    • Higher diploma in Perioperative Nursing with a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
    • At least one year of experience in Theatre.
    • Active BLS & ACLS certification.

    Deputy Administrator (Siaya/Webuye)

    Overall Responsibility: 

    The successful candidate will assist the Hospital administrator in running the daily operations of the facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the HR function of the Hospital; contracting, performance, discipline, culture, welfare, separations;
    • Take lead in spearheading the implementation of the strategic plan.
    • Manage risks by taking charge of the risk register ensuring that all the risks are mitigated as required.
    • Ensure the meeting schedule is in place and adhered to.
    • Champion both internal and external training.
    • Will be the custodian of the asset register ensuring monthly updates.

    • Attend to all clients’ concerns promptly as they arise.
    • Ensure compliance with the hospital standards.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/BCOM-HR option
    • Previous experience in a hospital setup will be desirable.
    • Must possess high integrity standards.
    • Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in computer applications.
