    Regulatory Quality and Pharmacovigilance Coordinator

     Responsibilities;

    The RA, QA and PV Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

    • Coordinate the printing and dispatch of Regulatory documents to the RA agents in Middle Africa
    • Provide support with ordering valid RA documents required by tenders’ team (CPPs, GMPs) for the whole of Middle Africa and plan accordingly for those almost expiring. Keep a database for the same.
    • Maintain database of RA agent contracts and Safety Data Exchange Agreements and keep track of payments to be made to the agents according to applications completed as per contracts.
    • Assist with Minutes in Monthly RA, QA, PV and Logistics meetings.
    • Cleanup of RA, QA and PV shared folders and archiving as per document retention policy and capturing all documents in the Wells Fargo Archive and local archive in the indexing tool.
    • Coordinate the QC checks on customer contact logging, customer complaints, literature reviews and IO engage.
    • Send the monthly reconciliation emails to SDEA partners (including encryption testing)
    • Perform a review of HALO PV and ensure all requirements s are captured in the system.
    • Come up with a campaign(s) to raise PV/QA awareness in the affiliate including PV safety day and QA day.
    • Maintaining the Deviation & Change Request overview and keeping track of the timelines.
    • Establish a Distributors Training plan and assist with the rollout of the new training platform.
    • Assist in followup of SOP training Logs
    • Assist in maintaining the overview of product release and keep track of destruction certificates.
    • Assist in followup and archiving of the Biannual external requirements request/reconciliation from the distributors.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy or other related Pharmaceutical Sciences.
    • An innovating mindset in a changing environment as the position requires very fast adaptation to changes and innovations in the industry.
    • Problem-solving and analytical skills and be capable of working in a culture of respect, teamwork and personal responsibility.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.

    Junior Web Developer

    Responsibilities:

    • Working within Content Management Systems (CMSs), deliver effective day-to-day running of our suite of websites/digital assets through regular content updates, maintenance, website health checks, testing and debugging;
    • Ensure that website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established standards;
    • Apply an understanding of SEO to improve organic search across websites;
    • Perform ongoing QA/usability testing, to ensure optimization of the user experience to increase user retention;
    • Work with the Brand and Marketing team to implement new content pages as required, aligned to the templates toolkit;

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in UI design software, such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or Invision Studio
    • Proficiency in full stack programming languages including HTM, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Angular, Python,Java, SQL
    • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) functionality
    • Proficiency in site monitoring tools, including Google Analytics and Google; Tag Manager
    • Experience in using A/B testing to improve user retention

    Baker (Oven man)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensuring strict adherence to the recipes and appropriate processes while making the various products.
    • Ensuring that all products are always baked on time for quick, efficient and quality service.
    • In liaison with the hygiene personnel, ensure that the highest hygiene standards are maintained in the work area.
    • To ensure minimal wastage at the baking process and that all costs are strictly controlled.
    • To be proactive, creative and innovative by generating ideas on product development to the management.
    • Train the trainees or any other staff member as assigned by the management in the preparation or baking the various products.
    • Ensure that the equipment and machines are maintained in a sound serviceable condition at all times and that no malfunctioning occurs due to negligence. This includes routine daily physical examination as necessary as well as liaising with the supervisor to ensure that they are serviced as scheduled when due.
    • Have knowledge of the safety rules and cleaning procedures of equipment used in the bakery to avoid damaging them or causing injuries.
    • Give appropriate feedback to the supervisor concerned.
    • Operating the oven and ensuring that the baked products are of good quality.
    • Operating the proofer and maintaining documentations according to HACCP and STAR requirements.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Two years experience as a baker
    • Diploma/ Certificate in Bread/pastries

    Lubricant Sales Merchandiser

    Job Description

    • Follow up on leads and prospect for new clients for Distributor: Key focus in lubricants & spare parts shops, garages, SMEs, PSV saccos, industrial and institutions (public & private)
    • Establish and nurture relations with clients to increase the sales volume
    • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their lubricants
    • To achieve monthly sales targets and grow sales month by month.
    • Monitor the market environment by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
    • To establish contact with potential clients through direct communication, face to face meetings and telephone calls
    • Keep the distributor and Territory Manager informed by submitting activity and sales reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory
    • Offering client quotations.
    • Supporting marketing activities and activations.
    • Performing any other duties as may be prescribed by Distributor and Territory Manager -Lubricants from time to time.

    Qualifications for Lubricant Sales Job

    • You must be between 24 – 35 years strictly.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Very good communication and presentation skills.
    • Extremely good personal presentation.
    • Should have a minimum of a Diploma.
    • Negotiation skills and client service delivery focus.
