    Junior Recruiter/ Receptionist

    Responsibilities

    • Support the reception desk by welcoming candidates and clients, explaining assessments to candidates and other delegated admin tasks.
    • Full cycle recruitment.
    • Prospecting for business and partnerships.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to maintain good relations and understand client requirements.
    • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
    • Develop job postings, job descriptions, position requirements and perform reference checks as needed.
    • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
    • Any other tasks assigned to you.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, sales or Social Sciences.
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales both B2B and B2C as well as client account management.

    Inventory Manager, Franchise

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, product locations, and movement tracking.
    • Analyse sales trends and forecasting data to anticipate inventory needs and inform purchasing decisions accurately
    • Prepare regular inventory reports for management (Operation & Finance Manager), highlighting discrepancies, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
    • Identify and implement best practices for inventory management processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
    • Supervise and train any inventory staff if needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries efficiently.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies regarding inventory management.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Certification in inventory management is a plus.

    Supply Chain Manager, Franchise

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and quality, and delivery timelines. Ensuring compliance and alignment to Brand guidelines. Where applicable source for approved equivalent products after seeking management/brand approval.
    • Aligning with Inventory manager on monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize excess inventory, and ensuring timely processing of purchase requests by Inventory.
    • Coordinate transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products. Negotiate Air/Sea freight in consideration to timely delivery.
    • Analyse supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements for cost reduction and efficiency.
    • Use data analytics to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
    • Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance metrics for senior management (Operation and Financer Manager)

    Qualifications

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Must have proven experience of 5 + years in supply chain management or logistics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
    • Strategic thinking and planning
