    Personal Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
    • Oversee correspondence and ensure timely responses.
    • Liaise between CEO and internal teams for effective communication.
    • Monitor project timelines and inform CEO of progress.
    • Assist in planning events, conduct research, handle personal tasks.
    • Serve as the first contact for stakeholders, prepare CEO for meetings.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO, ensuring seamless experiences.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or corporate sectors.
    • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

    Sales Engineer

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for flat steel products in Eastern Africa, with a focus on industries such as construction, manufacturing, and energy, food package, automotive sectors.
    • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across the region.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Eastern African market, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand local demand, competition, and emerging trends in the steel industry within the region.
    • Negotiations and Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for flat steel products.
    • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and fulfillment of orders, managing any cross-border trade challenges.
    • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management on market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with international trade regulations, local import/export laws, and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in flat steel or related industrial products, with a strong focus on international markets.
    • Regional Expertise: Proven track record of successful sales in Eastern Africa (e.g., Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Rwanda).
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the steel industry, international trade, and the unique market dynamics of Eastern Africa.
    • Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional knowledge of regional languages (e.g., Swahili) is a plus.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
