    Sales Executive (Automotive)- Nairobi

    This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with strong field sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of automotive products. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct selling, client acquisition, sales administration, and market intelligence within the assigned territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive direct sales of company products and services within the assigned regions (Nairobi, Mount Kenya, Maasai Mara)
    • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
    • Prospect for new clients and grow the customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, projections, and activity reports as guided by management.
    • Plan and undertake regional client visits, business trips, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events as approved.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high service standards.
    • Manage the full sales administration cycle, including quotations, job cards, delivery, invoicing, and job card closure.
    • Support credit applications, ensure timely debt collection, and share market intelligence and emerging customer needs with management.

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Prior sales experience in automotive parts, preferably suspension products or vehicle conversions.
    • Strong selling, presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
    • Self-driven, results-oriented, and presentable with high personal integrity
    • Ability to build strong business relationships and networks
