    HR & Admin Assistant


    Responsibilities for the HR & Admin Assistant Job

    • Support employee recruitment and exit processes and procedures
    • Participate in dissemination and implementation of HR & Admin. policies and procedures
    • Coordinate new staff onboarding experience and documentation
    • Take charge of staff training logistics for effective delivery of training programs
    • Administration of staff medical scheme in line with approved policy
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of staff files
    • Promote staff welfare initiatives and incentive programs
    • Staff leave management and reports
    • Promote sound occupational health and safety practices at workplace

    Requirements for the HR & Admin Assistant Job

    • University degree in social sciences
    • Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management
    • Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya (IHRM, K)
    • At least 1-year relevant work experience
    • Practical application of MS office suite
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate honesty, confidentiality and sound work ethics

    Operations Officer


    Responsibilities for the Operations Officer job

    • Effective planning, coordination and execution of depot operations
    • Analyze and project product demand and supply in the market and advise relevant departments,accordingly to drive business growth
    • Prepare stock position report, develop and implement product distribution plan
    • Determine the fastest and most economical way to deliver product to the market
    • Coordination of operations spanning from product loading to delivery of product to the customer
    • Establish necessary quality and control measures to ensure operational efficiency
    • Document all operational /transit product losses and advise on preventive and recovery mechanisms
    • File management of all deliveries done and oversee day to day operations of the terminal
    • Ensure safety, environmental and health procedures are adhered to at all times

     Requirements for the Operations Officer Job

    • Diploma in business related field
    • Degree qualification will be an added advantage
    • At least 2 years’ experience in petroleum depot operations
    • Working experience with MS Office tools
    • Ability to work extended hours and medically fit to work in a fuel depot
    • Demonstrate honesty and sound work ethics

    Marketing Executive (Lubricants)


    The incumbent shall be responsible for promoting a range of Hass branded lubricants sales within the Nairobi region. The holder shall work closely with the respective in-country marketing teams in executing marketing activities specific to Kenya with the aim of increasing lubes sales turnover and maximize profitability.

    Key Responsibility Areas of the Marketing Executive

    • Prospecting for new customers in line with the business strategy of growth in customer base
    • Maintain sound and healthy customer relations with new and existing customers and offer prompt support
    • Follow through on customer order processing and ensure customer service levels are within set SLAs
    • Responsible for customer account management and confirm accuracy of statements in consultations with the Finance team
    • Reinforce cash business and prompt cash collections as per approved credit terms
    • Ensure all credit customers comply with the credit policy and ensure credit sales are properly secured
    • Generate accurate product forecasts based on customer requirements for internal use as and when required
    • Prepare and maintain updated customer database and provide requisite ad hoc reports
    • Identify regional key market intelligent statistics and share the information with management for decision making

    Minimum Requirements for the Marketing Job

    • University degree in Chemical Engineering or business field
    • Professional qualifications in marketing and Basic training in Lubricants is desirable
    • At least 2 years’ experience in selling lubricants
    • Ability to represent the company at the highest levels, initiate, build and improve relationships with teams and customers
    • Demonstrate honesty, and sound work ethics
    • Strategic thinking and market focus individual
