    Corporate Training Sales

    Responsibilities for the Corporate Training Sales Job

    • Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, the Corporate Training Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for:
    • Responsible for customer recruitment through smart sales tactical plans and minimizing
      attrition rates for the key Corporate/training lines of the business
    • iPrepare training pre-qualifications/quotations to pitch for business-follow up to successful
      closure
    • Carry out timely Industry, Market, consumer and Products reviews and recommend new
      tactical design for training sales and promotional campaigns.
    • Implement best practice in Sales, Marketing for key programs/services based on quantified /
      qualified corporate client needs and industry trends.
    • Ensure excellent execution of marketing strategy deliverables to attain key dashboard metrics
      e.g. Customer portfolio growth, Net Revenue, Customer satisfaction index etc
    • Monitor competitor’s program introduction, promotional activities and tariffs on all training
      programs/service categories, and consolidate learning’s from the various Portfolio
    • Building and maintaining very close client rapport and visibility

    Qualifications for the Corporate Training Sales Job

    • Diploma in Sales & Marketing
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 3years’ experience as a Sales Executive in Training / Education Industry
    • Demonstrate experience in sales to institutions / corporate

    HR Assistant

    Responsibilities for the HR Assistant Job

    Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager, the Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for:

    • Assist in updating and roll-out of Human Resource policies and in observing to ensure thatnthat they are respected
    • Assist staff in clarifying on HR policies, processes, procedures and standard Company practices
    • Provide HR administrative support such as placement of advertisements, receiving and filling
      applications, inviting candidates for interview, organizing interview venues, issuance of new
      staff identity cards etc, during staff recruitment processes
    • Update and maintain all staff records and individual files including contracts, leave, medical, appraisals, etc
    • Generate regular monthly records and reports such as leave report and staff lists
    • Process and follow up claims for medical cover, insurance and other staff issues
    • Draft company contracts for review and approval
    • Support in the implementation of staff training and development programs
    • Provide administrative support for staff welfare programs/activities
    • Contribute in the alignment and design of additional HR policies, processes and procedures.
    • Interpreting legal opinions and offering guidance on legal requirements

    Qualifications for the HR Assistant Job

    • Must be a holder of Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution
    • Must have a Diploma in Human Resource Management
    • Have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Human Resource Assistant with knowledge of Kenyan laws
    • Provide Verifiable recommendations / references

    Project Manager

    Responsibilities for the Project Manager Job

    • Reporting to the Technical Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
    • Preparation of new project & maintenance service contracts schedules, costing and resources.
      iProject mobilization including: Interaction with clients, material preparation and project staff
      recruitment / briefing & training.
    • Primary company liaison person on assigned projects with client project management team.
    • Timely implementation of the project, team leadership / coaching, project monitoring &
      reporting and identification of value chain opportunities with clients.
    • Ensure timely billing of the project in liaison with finance department.
    • Regular update reports to management for all works ensuring synergy with clients,
      management of change / project queries and timely preparation of project closure report.

    Qualifications for the Project Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field or Business Management or Project Management.
    • 3 – 5 Years’ experience in all aspects of Project Management, development and implementation.
      Certification in Prince2 or ITIL.
    • Strong understanding of Project management software such as MS Projects & Ms Visio
    • Vast experience in Complex Technology Projects Management and change management techniques.
    • Provide Verifiable recommendations / references
